2016年3月，国泰君安国际发布了2015年全年业绩报告，受益于去年上半年内地、香港股市行情火爆，国泰君安国际全年总收入22.77亿港元，同比上涨37.4%；期内纯利10.15亿港元，同比上涨26.6%。

中国本土最悠久的投行部门，起步于1990年代初。横跨内地及香港两个市场，涵盖多种业务类别，致力于为客户提供多层次、全方位的资本金融服务，包括股权融资、债券融资、购并重组、资产证券化、战略投资、衍生产品设计发行、私募服务、PE投资财务顾问服务等，满足企业各发展阶段的不同资本市场需求，为企业实现战略远景提供一站式的资本运作服务。

投行中的Analyst一般都是为经验较少的应届生，由于是比较基层的员工，工作内容大致是负责Presentation，Analysis，和其他的Administrative work...入职需要考取香港证监会的牌照。

Financial Strategist/ Senior Financial Strategist

职位描述

1. To offer tailor-made financial solutions for clients, with wide range of financial tools including stocks, futures, FX, bonds, as well as risk management and insurance products

2. Regularly review client's needs and investment portfolio

3. Develop and maintain close relationship with clients

职位要求

1. University Degree or above

2. High ethical standards in form and substance

3. Possess the right attitude and the willingness to learn and accept challenges

4. Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

5. Good interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and professionally with great discipline
