Business Management Support - Global Private Banking

* 职位描述
1. To coordinate and support a range of projects and tasks within Business Management to ensure all project milestones and tasks are completed as per agreed deadline.

2. To review and support a range of routine tasks including Management Information reporting, preparation of business paper as well as any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Business Management and Business Managers.

3. To support Client Lifecycle Management team on Customer Due Diligence related tasks, including liaison with client facing colleagues such as Wealth Planners and Trust Relationship Managers for information gathering to ensure customer due diligence activities are completed properly and accurately, assisting client profile update, and escalating any issues or exceptions to Head of Business Management and Business Managers.

4. To support tax related projects including Common Reporting Standard CRS and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act FATCA.

5. To provide any other overall daily administrative support to the Business Management team.

2. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams.

3. Strong analytical and reporting skills abilities to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business and technical domain knowledge.

4. Attention to details. Be able to identify potential problems and risks.

5. Good interpersonal skill by demonstrating high level of initiatives and ability to quickly acquire knowledge and adapt to on-going change.

6. Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.

7. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

1. Responsible for account payables, payment vouchers and arrange settlements (including internal and external enquiries)

2. Prepare bank reconciliation for month end closing

1. Devise and implement corporate communications strategies and organize corporate promotional events and media functions.

2. Build rapport and communication with related regulatory bodies and influential groups, etc.

3. Develop press releases in Chinese and English and coordinate with other departments in preparation of the corporate publications.

4. Build and maintain relationship with local and overseas press on all publicity-related activities.

5. Liaise with internal departments and external parties to guarantee a smooth publication process.

1. University graduate with at least 3-year experience in similar capacity preferably in sizable organizations and / or television industry.

2. Extensive experience in corporate PR and media relations with good communication skill.

3. Sound experience in publishing / editorial work / related fields is required.

4. Proactive, organized, enthusiastic and able to work independently and tight time frames.

5. Familiar with MS word, Excel and proficiency in Chinese Word Processing is a must.

6. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese).

7. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer.
