* 职位描述
1. assist in fee collection/refund processing
2. handle student stipend payments
3. conduct mass debit note cancellation, caution money confiscation and conversion to graduation fee exercises
4. distribute application fee and caution money between UGC-funded and self-financed programmes
5. handle enquiries from departments, students, graduates and programmes applicants
6. assist in user acceptance tests for the enhancements of the Student Accounts System/Student Stipend System
7. any other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and her delegates
* 职位要求
Applicants should have:1. a recognised degree in Accounting or related disciplines
2. some post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing or related fields
3. proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word, with good knowledge in Access being an advantage
4. fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
5. good communication and interpersonal skills
