Fund operations , order placement, settlement, capital calls, corporate actions processing2. Coordinate with Fund Administrator, Transfer Agents, Custodians, Brokers and other parties for the Funds and the Portfolios3. Perform account opening tasks on different platforms, including Fund Houses, Transfer Agents, securities firms and other counter parties4. Monitor Cash activity of the fund and prepare reconciliations on a daily basis5. To perform cash reconciliation weekly and handle all funds settlement6. Prepare financial statements and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits7. Responsible for daily maintenance and reconciliation of full books of accountsPrepare Net Asset Valuations reports for the funds in-charge8. Process subscriptions, redemptions and transfers activity in a timely manner9. Perform compliance and KYC procedures10. Perform ad hoc tasks as required1. 1 to 3 years of fund operations related experience, with knowledge in mutual funds, private equity fund and discretionary products2. Degree holder preferably with major in Accounting, finance or relevant disciplineMember of CPA or CFA is an added advantage3.
