Project Analyst, Travel Retail Asia Pacific
* 职位描述
1. Design strategies to better manage, track, optimize and grow our staff at the point of sale across all brands
2. Source and develop market intelligence, conduct comprehensive and accurate analysis across regions, channels and competitors
3. Understand the business and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholder (Retail and Education, commercial, marketing, finance)
4. Ensure internal stakeholders have the latest updates of the business environment to manage brand and Beauty Advisors development
5. Develop and implement business analysis tools within the organization
6. Provide relevant recommendations to Business functions to drive business decisions and improve business effectiveness
7. Prepare business reports (management presentations, fact sheets, dashboards etc.) for relevant stakeholders
* 职位要求
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or financial analysis
2. Strong business acumen with analytical and investigative mind set
3. Entrepreneurial, with the ability to creatively approach new and original projects
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
5. Exposure in MSBI or Salesforce is a plus
6. Good management and leadership skills
7. Advanced Microsoft Excel / Access / PowerPoint skills
8. Fluent in spoken and written English

Associate, Digital Marketing
* 职位描述
1. Formulate marketing programs to generate leads in order to acquire, reactivate and retain the target segment and thus help grow business by launching marketing activities and campaigns, events and public relations functions, etc
2. Plan and execute online campaigns, and manage the usage of online tools e.g. SEO, SEM, display banners, social media and optimize campaign performance
3. Monitor competitors’ activities in order to keep abreast of changes on the battlefield and propose time-to-market actions to management
4. Liaise with agencies/ media to develop and produce creative marketing materials in order to ensure effective customer communication
5. Manage usage adoption to support business growth
6. Drive end-to-end customer experience and seek for continuous improvements
7. Keep abreast of all local regulatory requirements particularly in respect of local sales restrictions and practices that may impact on sales and marketing activities of Wealth Management and Brokerage
8. Observe and adhere to all internal control guidelines and measures

1. Degree holder in marketing, communications or other related disciplines
2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
3. Deep understanding of the E-Commerce sales and digital marketing channels
4. Familiar with financial products and services will be an added advantage
5. Dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative, self-motivated, result-oriented, attentive to details and able to work under pressure in efficient manner
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skill to work, interact with cross-function teams and facilitate business interactions

Execution Trader
* 职位描述
1. Familiar with institutional trading system
2. Liaise with and execute equities, bonds/debt, futures and derivatives trades
3. To handle trade enquires, trade confirmation, follow the trade actions
4. Take up ad-hoc project
5. Maintaining and developing the business relationship with counterparties
6. Work closely with institutional sales/clients for trade order executions and taking care of market order flows, transaction costs and risk etc.
7. Due to the global financial market trading hours, evening working hours may be needed
8. Ensure trader positions are correct e.g. sizes and directions
9. To perform proper after-trade follow-up actions
10. Undertake risk monitoring and handle margin calls

1. A bachelor degree or higher in finance, economics or math-related subjects
2. Mandarin language speaking skills a big plus
3. Minimum 2 years trading experience of execution in multi-strategies and financial market
4. Ability to work well independently

6. Excellent skill with Excel spreadsheet and good IT sense
