* 职位描述
1. We are now looking for a talented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to be part of our dynamic team
2. Reporting to the Marketing & Promotions Manager, the incumbent will assist in running a wide range of promotion and marketing activities for Citygate Outlets in Tung Chung
3. Duties include providing necessary assistance for in-mall marketing & promotional activities, compiling various marketing reports, monitoring warehouse premium inventory, handling payment settlement, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
* 职位要求
1. University graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related discipline
2. Minimum 1 year’s experience in administrative or marketing field
3. Good communication and organisational skills
4. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
5. Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
6. Detail-oriented, multi-task, responsible, willing to learn, and patient with administrative work
7. Immediate available will be preferred

2. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs
3. Manage and report user requirements status and deliverable
4. Perform any duties assigned from time to time
* 职位要求
1. Degree / Higher diploma in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 2-3 years relevant experience
3. Strong analytical and product management skills required, understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact
5. Positive and motivated team player

7. Travelling to China is required.

1. Prepare management reporting / accounting
2. Prepare forecast and budget
3. Perform financial analysis
4. Support ad hoc feasibility studies and projects
5. Monitor capital expenditure
* 职位要求
1. University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
2. Student member or qualified member of HKICPA or equivalent
3. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in management reporting / financial analysis
4. Exposure to FMCG or retailing business is an advantage
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
7. Experienced user of MS Office – Advanced Excel
8. Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese
9. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Financial Analyst
