1. Responsible for handling clients’ inquiries and complaints;
2. To provide support services to clients;
3. Complete clients’ phone orders with high level of accuracy and efficiency;
4. Provide transaction advisory services;
5. Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential clients or existing clients;
6. Ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
1. Degree holder in Business, Economic or Finance related disciplines;
2. Relevant experience with customer service, Bullion, Banking, Securities, Futures, Foreign Exchange work experience is preferred;
3. MUST be a Registered Account Executive at CGSE;
4. Familiar with MS office;
5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a MUST;
6. Responsible, good communication and expression skills.
