职位描述

1. This generalist leadership programme sees you develop the crucial skills to pave the way for a successful career

2. You will be assigned to one of our Swire Pacific Limited divisions such as Property, Aviation, Beverages & Food Chain or Trading & Industrial. On-job training will take place primarily in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other regions where you’ll step outside your comfort zone and take on early responsibility

3. You’ll be working with some of the brightest minds in the business

4. This programme will accelerate your professional development and you’ll be entrusted with early exposure and responsibility

职位要求

1 Have or be expecting an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK 2:1

2. Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum HKDSE 5 or equivalent)

3. Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese

4. Not have worked in a full time capacity for more than 3 years

5. Prepared to accept assignmes to PRC, HK, and other countries in SWIRE PACIFIC LIMITED

6. Have PRC citizenship or right of abode in HONG KONG SAR

7. The Group Staff Management Trainee Programme is only for candidates with citizenship in the PRC or Right of Abode in Hong Kong SAR, or overseas nationals who are eligible for employment in Hong Kong under the Immigration Arrangement for Non-local Graduates (IANG) policy
