职位描述

1. As a consultant in the Asia Operations Practice, you will work with colleagues and client staff from a wide range of business areas across the world to build sustainable value through delivering distinctive operations expertise, and support clients to implement these ideas, including capability building

2. In addition, you will work in cooperation with our worldwide network of consultants to shape McKinsey's thinking in this area, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the Firm. The experienced consultants with GEM (Global Energy and Materials) background will predominantly focus on engagements in Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, Electric Power/Natural Gas and Chemicals & Agriculture (can work more in one of those industries depending of the consultant’s specialty)

1. Proven leader with the ability to inspire others, build strong relationships, and create a true followership

2. Collaborative team player, capable of working well with others, but also autonomously with little direction

3. Superior analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5. Entrepreneurial and result-driven achiever

6. Advanced degree in related fields or MBA is preferred

7. Fluent English and Mandarine a must
