Project Officer General Education Office
* 职位描述
1. The appointee will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the General Education Office
2. Duties include carrying out general administrative tasks; collecting and analyzing data; preparing documents for reporting purposes; assisting in office management; organizing workshops, meetings, interviews, consultations, events and functions; preparing and managing teaching/ learning resources and presentation materials; liaising with internal and external parties; and performing any other duties as assigned
3. The appointment will be for a period of 12 months

1. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social Sciences, Education, Communication or related disciplines
2. They should have good interpersonal and communication skills; good team spirit as well as the ability to work independently; high proficiency in English and Chinese; and a high level of computer literacy
3. They should also be attentive to details; well-organized; self-motivated and able to work under pressure. Applicants with experience in teaching, project management and/or research in the tertiary education sector are preferred

Officer - Key Account (Cosmetics and personal care products)
* 职位描述
1. Achieve sales target in line with the agreed brand development and financial objectives
2. Ensure strong in-store visibility and effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies among trade customers
3. Prepare sales forecast and projection for the assigned channels
4. Monitor and evaluate the actual sales performance against target and take action to remedy should any shortfall incur
5. Work collaboratively with salesmen and merchandisers on in-store activities
6. Provide timely update with recommendation to Marketing team relating to competitor’s activities as to minimize business impact
7. Ensure the brand and marketing activities are presented as guidelines
8. Develop close relationship with key customers. Establish and enhance brand image in all retailer channels

1. University graduate in Business or related disciplines
2. Min 3 years’ relevant experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or Beauty industry
3. Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
4. Well organized, self-motivated, able to work within tight timeline
5. Pro-active with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
6. Good command in both written /spoken English and Chinese
