1. Provide administrative and clerical support to the research teams, including (but not limited to) preparing PowerPoint charts, data checking, preparing and updating departmental documents, coordination with other departments or suppliers, etc.

2. Assist in extracting data from Excel tables for further analysis by senior members of the team


3. Search information on the Internet or offline that are related to the projects

4. Support the teams on ad hoc assignments


* 职位要求 

1. Secondary school graduate or above, with good written Chinese and English

2. Conversational Cantonese; Mandarin speaking is an advantage

3. Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

4. Sensitive to numbers and enjoy working on reports with numbers

5. Self-motivated, attention to details and a team player

6. Ability to multi-tasks and to meet tight schedule

7. Administrative experience is preferable

1. handling incoming invoices and other financial correspondence

2. processing and recording payment invoices, local, overseas, corporate card and petty cash expenses claims in accordance with company policy

3. processing and recording daily card refunds, prepayments, deposits and fixed assets movements

4. preparing daily and monthly vouchers for payment related transactions

5. handling month-end closing of account payable module and preparing month-end reconciliations of relevant accounts

6. acting as back-up of other team members when required

* 职位要求

1. A degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

2. One year or above of experience in a similar position 

3. General understanding of expense and payment control practice 

4. Efficient Excel skills 

5. Knowledge in Oracle ERP (AP, FA and GL Module) and Discoverer application is highly preferred

* 职位描述

1. Assist in the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the marketing events and promotion activities including sales driven promotions, stage shows, PR events, in-mall decorations and social media promotions, etc.

2. Assist in developing the implementing effective marketing communications programs and brand image building programs, in support of corporate social responsibility initiatives, community sustainable, and tenant engagement projects

3. Participate in the strategic reviews of Marketing programs, prepare the event report and submission for any Marketing and Branding award applications

4. Manage, develop and execute the internal & external communication collaterals

5. Conduct the market intelligence research and survey, with in-depth analysis and penetrating insight

6. Budget planning and control on events and programs to maximize the cost effectiveness

7. Provide support in implementing internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance

1. Degree holder with minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in shopping mall, developer and agency companies

2. Strong in analyzing and understanding market data

3. Result-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills

4. Strategic thinking, mature, detail-minded, independent, proactive and hard working

5. Excellent in written English and Chinese

6. Good command of spoken English and Chinese

7. Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
