职位描述

1. Work alongside senior ECM originators and sector coverage bankers to execute deals

2. Perform PN21 due diligence on issuers, help preparing/reviewing listing documents (including but not limited to prospectus and forms submitted to HKEx/SFC)

3. Financial modeling

4. Conduct company specific analysis on market capacity

5. Analyze and assess business opportunities with prospective transactions

6. Review and prepare pitch books and proposals

7. Prepare presentations for clients in pitching and marketing meetings

职位要求

1. Have ~3 years of investment banking experience, preferably within Investment Banking, Capital Markets or M&A

2. Experiences of HK listing sponsor due diligence, familiar with listing rules related matters

3. Have solid knowledge in finance and accounting

4. Attention to detail and good execution skills

5. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels

6. Possess strong numeric and analytical skills.

7. Fluent in English and Native in Mandarin
