* 职位描述

1. Organize media relations events for programs and major initiatives


2. Write various communication materials, including key messages, press releases, executive talking points, bios, media pitches, byline articles, op-ed, blog posts and related items


3. Propose ideas proactively for social media, media pitches and interviews to stimulate exposure


4. Develop and maintain sound media relations


5. Work with other BMC teams members, to serve stakeholders’ needs


6. Monitor and report news relevant to EY 


* 职位要求

1. Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications


2. Minimum three-five years’ experience in media relations or public relations, prior experience on social media related work and/or crisis communication an added advantage


3. Excellent bilingual language (English and Chinese) skills – oral, written, presentation – including – the ability to understand and synthesize complex information into understandable messages, talking points, scripts and articles


4. Strong ability to foster and maintain relationships with external influencers, including local and industry media representatives and thought leaders; ability to seize media opportunities and drive to completion


5. Good industry and market knowledge; in-depth understanding of the needs of target audiences and the ability to evaluate proposed publicity from a media perspective


6. Analytical, problem-solving and creative skills to proactively develop and implement integrated publicity strategies


7. Demonstrated self-initiative, independence and organizational skills to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment of changing priorities, strong attention to detail and processes

* 职位描述

1. Assist superiors in document template maintenance, drafting of project proposals, preparing responses to RFP’s, tenders and invoices, etc.


2. Perform clerical and administrative support to the team e.g. filing, maintenance of client activities log, team budget and expenses, etc.


3. Keep track of client’s change of service requirements and ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner


4. Keep superiors and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations


5. Provide necessary supports to CSD team in organizing internal and external events


* 职位要求

1. Higher Diploma or Degree holder, preferably with the major in business administration, accounting, finance, marketing, etc.


2. At least 1 year of relevant experience as a marketing executive, business development personnel, project coordinator, or equivalent


3. Willing to take part in coordinating cross-divisional projects and/or working with local teams in Hong Kong and professional service providers


4. Attention to detail, good time management skills


5. Self-starter with the ability to work independently at superiors’ instructions


6. A can-do attitude and outspoken personality will be a valuable aspect


7. Good communication and interpersonal skills


8. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; including Mandarin

* 职位描述

1. The successful candidate will assist the Manager in planning and executing the marketing and promotional activities of a shopping mall in PRC, exploring marketing opportunities and coordinating joint promotions with business partners, providing support on advertising, marketing communications, PR and publicity activities as well as event management and work closely with local teams for administrative work. 


2. Travel to Mainland China will be required.
