在1-2年的training之后，是否可以转正主要还是得看个人表现及当年的headcount。作为Trainee，月薪应该在18k-20k这个区间（有小伙伴透露能够达到30k，这就有待大家证实了）。而正式开始从事工作后，月入40k不会有太大难度，再加上年终丰厚的Bonus，相信很快就能加入香港的“中产阶级”阵营了。

职位描述

As part of assignments, the main responsibilities will be the following: 
1. Project manage several projects under the supervision of the team head 

2. Produce quality and timely deliverables

3. Participate and help users carry out testing phases

4. Anticipate problems, raise alerts at the right level and propose solutions

5. Contributes to some presentations, help prepare the materials and the minutes of the meetings

6. Facilitate Change Management within the impacted teams whenever necessary for the project

7. Help the managers and the team members to understand the impacts of the projects

职位要求

1. Minimal education level

Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

2. Academic qualification / Speciality

• Bachelor Degree graduate in BBA / Finance

3. Level of minimal experience

0-2 years

4. Experience

• Less than 12 months' full time working experiences

• Internship experiences in project management is preferred

5. Required skills

• High level of energy, drive and commitment 

• Motivated to learn and solve complex problems, creative 

• Analytical and detail-oriented 

• Good people skills and ability to work in teams and excellent communication skills

6. Technical skills required

• Good hands on experience in Excel and PowerPoint

7. Languages

• Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus but NOT a must)
