1. University graduate in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ Social Science/ Statistics or equivalent

3. Hands-on with MS Excel and PowerPoint applications, knowledge with SAS will be an asset
4. Good business and numerical sense
5. Proficient in verbal and written English and Chinese

1. Reporting to Business Unit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities to drive sales targets, overseeing operation execution from big data generated from day to day operations
2. Compile and submit analytics to Department Head and Division Head to support strategic direction formulation and decision making
3. The person will be fully in charge of review and execution of Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) as well as working with delivery team and their supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations across all channels

* 职位描述
1. To support business users in executing marketing campaigns by using campaign management tools
2. To monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare campaign result reports
3. To liaise with business users and ensure all the requirements are properly addressed for target list extraction
4. To prepare regular MIS reports for marketing analytics and / or regulatory reporting
5. To conduct data analysis and interpretation for providing creative solutions and / or supporting management decision
* 职位要求
1. University graduate, preferably in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Decision Science, Computer Science or related disciplines
2. Minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in data analysis or MIS reporting, preferably in banking industry
3. Sound knowledge in marketing campaign management tools
4. Proficiency in SQL, SAS, VBA and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Access
5. Knowledge of HTML is definitely an advantage
6. Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Able to work independently and under pressure
8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
