面试过程中会着重考察应聘者的硬性技能，比如：语言，软件能力等，Behaviours interview也比较多。因为intern结束后有很大几率可以拿到return offer，所以面试筛选的过程很严格。

Internal Audit, Corporate Audit, Business Auditor, Analyst/Associate – Hong Kong

职位描述

1. Participation in planning and scoping reviews, meeting with key people within the area being reviewed to understand and walk through the business and technology processes and identifying the key risks and controls to be assessed

2. Preparation of the audit testing program and assessment of the adequacy of the design and operation of the controls associated with the key risks identified

3. Assessment of the risk and impact of issues identified in reviews and production of reports for management

4. Follow up with clients on remediation of actions coming out of issues identified during audits

5. Ad hoc work on firmwide projects around new processes or activities and investigation of incidents

6. Ongoing liaison with colleagues globally and internal and external stakeholders including regulators and external audit

7. Maintenance of internal client relationships and regular interaction with the business during the year to assess changes in the control environment and other matters arising in the business

职位要求

1. Bachelor degree holder

2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Strong project and time management, influencing and communication skills

3. Excellent team player who is energetic, enthusiastic and curious to learn

4. Ability to multi–task and a quick learner

5. Strong English communication skills: written and verbal a must. Other Asian language ability will be an asset

Preferred Qualifications

6. Experience and knowledge in risk management (e.g. Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk)

7. Compliance, Legal and/or Regulatory background

8. Forensic and/or investigative, fraud investigation skills would be a plus
