Responsibilities

1. Work with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.

2. Work with Sales to identify and develop new business opportunities.

3. Understand requirements, and provide technical information and solutions around applying ad products and technologies. Share guidance/best-practices.

4. Identify and solve client issues proactively and creatively through project management and consultation on technical setup.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

2. Experience translating product and technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences.

3. Experience with client-side web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with SQL, XML, HTTP protocols and one or more Object Oriented language.

4. Customer-facing experience in product implementations, digital ad operations or technical sales.

Preferred qualifications:

5. MBA or MS degree.

6. Experience coding with Java or Python. 

7. Experience with databases with the ability to construct complex SQL queries.

8. Experience in an online advertising role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.

9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

10. Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.

11. Effective problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
