Business Analyst - Digital

* 职位描述:

1. Understand the existing source system data models.

2. Will write complex SQL queries with multiple joins to automate/manipulate these extracts in data processing tool.

3. Designs and builds complex BI solutions including reports, scorecards and dashboards, leveraging data processing and visualisation tools.

4. Establishes policies and best practices for optimizing BI tools usage.

5. Work with team to ensure standards and patterns are followed.

6. Prepare technical specifications and documentation for data processing workflows supporting BI reports.

7. Perform end to end data validation to maintain accuracy of data sets.

8. Ensure application stability and performance by monitoring existing workflows.

9. Train and facilitate business units to conduct analysis by leveraging the new tools and self-service practices.

10. Enforce data governance practices to uphold the value of the data access, within the company and external parties.

* 职位要求:

1. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience relating to data & analytics with a good understanding of at least one of the following business areas: Operations, Customer management, Service Delivery, Sales & Marketing or Finance management.

3. Experience in implementing self-service solutions to empower an organization to generate valuable actionable insights.

4. Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the BI products such as Alteryx, Qlik sense, SAS and Tableau.

5. Strong background in data analysis, data sources, data warehouse and business intelligence.

6. Progressive experience in areas of Extract, Transform & Loading (ETL), Data Modeling, Data Visualization, Reporting and Analytics.

7. Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to share effectively across different business streams.

8. Curious, meticulous, self-motivated and strong continuous improvement mindset.

9. Working knowledge in managing vendors and suppliers and project management a plus.

* 职位描述 

The successful candidate will be responsible to drive the business of particular beverage category / brands by coordinating the new product launch plan; organizing, implementing and monitoring promotional & merchandising programs at consumer, customer and market segment levels based on the established objectives, budget and schedule.

* 职位要求

1. Degree or above in Business/Marketing discipline or equivalent.

2. 1-2 years working experience, preferably in sizable MNC or FMCG companies.

3. Previous roles in dealing with suppliers and understanding FMCG key account operation is an advantage.

4. Previous experience in new product & package launch coordination, premium sourcing, BTL POP development is preferred.

5. Creative and self-motivated team player.

6. Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin.

7. Proficiency in MS office will be an advantage.

* 职位描述 

1. Provide technical support to the super user and liaise effectively with vendor to solve the issue when required.

2. Conduct technical and business analysis, testing, planning and implementation of IT projects according to DF policy for System development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure effort is focused on true business value.

3. Communicate and cooperate closely with local and foreign team of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance.

4. Plan, prioritize and implement the change request or MV services pack and work closely with super user & related party to ensure the good delivery quality.

5. Establish and maintain good working relationship with super user, vendor, Inter IKEA System IT and BPITs.
