Marketing & Events Officer, HKIFF
* 职位描述
1. Support the marketing & events team in marketing and publicity activities, and events production including but not limiting to:
Design backdrops, signage, posters, leaflets and other communication materials for the Society’s events.
Liaise with events production company and service providers to ensure smooth operations and delivery of the events.
Perform review of design elements for effectiveness and attend event installations.
Ensure all required licenses and permits are granted before events.
Prepare working schedules, deployment plans and programme rundowns.
Assist on site event management.
2. Control the budget and prepare post events reports for evaluation and recommendations.
3. Promote and recruit participants from secondary schools, educational institutions, universities and youth centres to attend the outreach programme; handle enquires and provide on-site logistics support.
4. Control the events budget and prepare post events reports for evaluation and recommendations.
5. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
* 职位要求
1. Prior experience in stage production, event management with graphic design skill are highly desirable.
2. Knowledge in Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/After Effects.
3. Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Good command of both written and spoken Cantones, English and Putonghua.
6. Required to work overtime and irregular hours including full-day work on weekends and public holidays during the festival period.

1. Work in a team of multi-media producers, to conceptualize, write and edit news packages for a 24-hour digital product.
2. Help to identify the editorial agenda, plan and respond to breaking news.
3. Quickly plan and execute stories to tight deadlines, which resonate with depth and color, while maintaining Reuters editorial standards.

Business System Analyst
* 职位描述
1. Manage meta search account on Trivago and TripAdvisor.
2. Using data and reporting tools to expand, evolve, and optimize bidding strategy.
3. Monitor and report utilization, budget and campaign performance.
4. Analyze and evaluate site user behaviors and web traffic to improve the performance of the ads and make recommendations to improve user experience.
5. Collaborate with partners and developers to ensure projects are aligned with marketing objectives and expectations.
6. Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and consistency across diverse channels.
* 职位要求
1. Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, New Media Marketing, E-commerce, Statistics, quantitative, engineering, or computer science related field.
2. At least 2 years SEM experience managing PPC campaigns, with exposure in OTA is an advantage.
3. Experience with SQL/Python/VBA.
4. Strong numerical and analytical skills with proven ability to run detailed, comprehensive analysis in Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent project management, communication and negotiation skills.
6. Knowledge of meta search is preferred.
7. Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently.
