职位描述

The Management Trainee (MT) Program is a 2 years program that specifically designed to develop future leaders for Unilever. The program begins with 12 months on the job training with Human Resources and followed by 2 cross function rotations. We are seeking a Human Resources Management Trainee to participate in an extensive, well-structured program designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business.

职位要求

1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline;

2. Preferably with internship experience in Human Resources;

3. Fresh Graduates or individuals with 1 to 2 years of working experiences in Human Resources;

4. Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfort with flexibility in priorities and work assignments a must.
