职位描述

Our Management Trainee Programme is a well-structured program to equip those who would like to become a professional in banking industry. Successful candidates will undergo a tailor-made training program for 1 year and would be posted to designated positions after the program subject to actual business requirement and capabilities of the trainees.

职位要求

1. Recent university graduates with less than 2 years of working experience.

2. Preferably with major studies in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines.

4. Customer-oriented with self-motivation, positive mindset and good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluent Putonghua is an advantage.

6. Proficiency in computer application software, such as MS Office.
