Accounting Officer

Financial Reporter / Anchor

Accounting Officer

* Responsibilities：

1. Handle full set of accounts;

2. Reconciliation for Bank and current accounts with group companies;

3. Assist in month-end closing and preparation of reports and audit schedules;

4. Assist in admin work, including filing, mailing;

5. Assist in ad-hoc assignments.

* Requirements：

1. Degree in Accounting or above in related subjects;

2. 1 year of working experiences in the accounting field;

3. Excellent command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a MUST;

4. China background is preferred;

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;

6. Work under pressure and able to meet deadlines;

7. Immediate available or short notice period is an advantage;

8. Fresh graduate will also be considered.

Financial Reporter / Anchor

* Responsibilities：

1. Execute event according to the rundown;

2. Host commercial functions (Both in English and Chinese);

3. Work and coordinate with PR and editors on interviewing tasks.

* Requirements：

1. Degree holder in journalism or related disciplines;

2. 3 years or above relevant work experience;

3. Self-motivated good team player and willing to work under pressure;

4. Strong communication & presentation skills, creative and well-organized;

5. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a MUST.

Senior/ Public Relations Associate

 (Reporter or PR background are welcome to apply)

* Responsibilities：

1. Propose professional PR solution for IPO projects, according to client’s business goal and marketing targets;

2. Provide media strategies for IPO PR campaigns in order to rise awareness of marketing image and branding;

3. Perform audience analysis and recommend optimized media solutions for clients;

4. Create compelling presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the media value proposition;

5. Communicate effectively with both external and internal clients to complete project successfully;

6. Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions for clients;

7. Build up sustainable business relation with clients for future cooperation.

* Requirements：

1. Degree holder in Journalism, Communication, Finance, Business Studies or other related disciplines;

2. 1-2 years related working experience is required;

3. Excellent command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a MUST;

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and results-oriented;

6. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

7. Candidates with reporter / Media / PR background are highly desirable.
