Trainee: Market Performance Analyst

职位描述

Within the MPA team, the main responsibilities of the role will be focused on both Performance analysis and Global Markets governance tasks:

Communication 

1. Prepare Slides for Townhall / Ad Hoc presentation.

2. Prepare Packs for Exco / Manco.

3. Help with organization / logistics of Events.

4. Help to manage Internal Communication within the department of Global Markets Asia.

Governance 

1. Maintain Floorplan. 

2. Maintain Mailing lists for the department of Global Markets.

3. Update of Regulatory documentation for Exco & Manco.

4. Assist with Automation of Administrative tasks.

Performance Analysis 

1. Help on the preparation of Team meetings.

2. Understand the main drivers of the department of Global Markets Asia performance.

3. Participate to some adhoc study / project related to Performance Analysis monitoring.

职位要求

1. Hold a relevant Bachelor or Masters degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or similar.

2. Good understanding of Financial products especially Derivatives products. 

3. Proficient with Office Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

4. Basic Knowledge in VBA.

5. Advanced knowledge of Excel and / or data mining tools such as Access, SQL, or SAS. 

6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact collaboratively with internal partners. 

7. Fluent English is mandatory.
