Assistant Officer (Digital Projects)
工作地点：
Hong Kong
职位职责：
- Provide administrative and operational support, including filing, minutes taking, expense claims and other office tasks
- Prepare documentations and reports for digital projects
- Monitor project status and follow up with internal teammates
- Conduct user acceptance testing and follow up QA issues
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties
职位要求：
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good at filing and documentation. Experience in administrative and clerical support will be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Word, PPT, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Good communication skill, self-motivated, well-organized and passionate to learn

Senior Marketing Specialist (China Marketing, Partnership, Social Media & Content Marketing)
工作地点：
Hong Kong
职位职责：
- Develop Greater Bay Area marketing strategy and manage WeChat and other China social media accounts
- Work closely with internal and external collaborates to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions and excellent execution of campaign, content and media planning
- Develop property & mortgage related content in copies and multi-media formats from concept to production for a variety of marketing channels including website/APP and social media platforms
- Produce marketing collaterals, including printed and online matters
- Grow online traffic and draw sales lead by the use of content marketing strategy and effective SEO techniques
- Maintain daily operations for channels on content creation, ad planning and maintain regular measurement of performance to ensure KPIs and ROI met
- Identify areas for growth and recommend innovative approaches for business growth
职位要求：
- Degree in business, marketing, communication, creative and multimedia, interactive design or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in China marketing (preferably in China digital markets) Agency or new media background, or in real estate or finance-related fields is an advantage
- Proficient Chinese and English writing and impressive storytelling skills
- Digital and social media savvy (WeChat is a MUST), strategic thinking with good consumer insight
- Strong knowledge about SEO optimization, content management systems and best practices
- Extensive knowledge in multimedia production and code development frameworks is a plus
- Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking and with the ability to work independently and under pressure

Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist
工作地点：
Hong Kong
职位要求：
- Develop engaging Chinese and English copywriting works including webpage copy (property and mortgage related), advertising tagline, newsletter, social media post, video scripts, etc
- Manage digital marketing campaign and maintain daily operations of multi channels including CMS, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to achieve business goals
- Source, evaluate and shortlist potential partners to integrate with CRM communication strategies
- Grow online traffic and draw sales lead by the use of content, e-marketing strategy and effective SEO techniques
- Maintain regular measurement of performance to ensure KPIs and ROI met
职位要求：
- Degree in business, marketing, communication or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in content marketing, media and agency experience is welcomed
- Experience in any loyalty or rewards programme would be a definite plus but not mandatory
- Hand on experience in SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Google AdWords keyword planner, SEMrush etc
- Strong commercial orientation with the ability to leverage data and analytics to gain insights. Experience working with analytical software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc)
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, extensive knowledge in multimedia production is a plus

Property Analyst
工作地点：
Hong Kong
职位职责：
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on property market, particularly in luxury sector
- Identify and analyze real estate, demographic, economy trends in Hong Kong and China
- Prepare presentation materials for report launching, press conference such as PPT slides, press release
- Prepare detailed research reports on luxury residential market on a regular basis
- Build up relationships with clients and provide market reports and statistics to high net worth customers
- Maintain and enhance property database and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
职位要求：
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or related discipline with at least 3 years’ working experience in property research
- Familiar in Hong Kong and PRC market
- Candidate with experiences in investor relations/public relations would have an advantage
- Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Business travel to China is required when necessary

Software Engineer (Website Development)
工作地点：
Hong Kong
职位职责：
- System design, software development and deployment of website application
- Collaborate closely with the designers, developers, QA and project management team
- Work with a team of developers to design and develop high quality web applications
- Keep up with the latest frontend technologies and trends
职位要求：
- Degree in computer science / IT or related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in website development
- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile web vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js
- Experience in Styled-Components, Flexbox and Bootstrap Grid system
- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
