职位描述：

Job Summary

Report to the Head of Risk Management and work with Senior team member on Operational Risk Management tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in operational risk management, including but not limited to KRI, RCSA, operational risk incidents collection and analysis, etc.;

- Participate in thematic reviews and annual compliance and risk review on a firm-wide basis;

Work closely with business units and other functional units to identify weaknesses of internal controls and follow up  implementation status of rectification plans;

- Assist to develop and review operational risk policies;

- Coordinate business contingency plan drill test;

- Review materials submitted by various business units for new businesses and product approval;

- Participate in new product development and liaise with various parties from both HK office and head office to conduct risk assessment for new businesses/products;

- Perform as secretariat for new business and product committee.

职位要求：

- Degree holder of above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or related discipline(s);

- 1-3 years’ relevant operational risk experience within banking or financial services or relevant experience in internal control or auditing;

- Holder of relevant professional qualification (FRM/CFA) will be an advantage;

- Good analytical and problem solving ability;

- Good inter-personal and communication skills;

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
