香港金融管理局（金管局）是香港的中央银行机构，成立于1993年4月1日，由外汇基金管理局与银行业监理处合并而成。金管局的四项主要职能为：在联系汇率制度的架构内维持货币稳定；促进金融体系，包括银行体系的稳定与健全；协助巩固香港的国际金融中心地位，包括维持与发展香港的金融基建；及管理外汇基金。

职位描述：

岗位一：Associate Director (Fixed Income)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop global macro outlook for the Tactical Asset Allocation team

- Conduct fundamental research and develop investment cases across major asset classes

- Assist in building and maintaining quantitative models for market monitoring and investment opportunities

- Follow and report on major financial market developments, and analyse the impact on portfolios

- Assist in preparation of presentation materials and carry out divisional administrative tasks

Requirements

- University degree in any discipline with good academic results; major in business, finance or economics a plus

- At least 3 years of experience in investment-related field

- Knowledge of macroeconomics in relation to multi-asset investment a plus

- Good quantitative modelling skills a plus

- A good team player, with good communication and presentation skills

- Good command of written and spoken English

Remuneration Package

A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, with flexibility to take account of additional experience and qualifications.  Fringe benefits include medical and dental benefits, paid annual leave and provident fund benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain portfolio analytical tools, manage data and perform analyses

- Conduct research on asset classes and investment strategies and compile research reports

- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to assist in formulating medium- to long-term asset allocation strategies

- Keep abreast of market and macro developments, industry trends and peer group practices and assess investment implications

Requirements

- University degree in economics, finance or related fields.  CFA an advantage

- At least 3 years of experience in investment-related field, preferably with asset managers, asset owners or investment consultancy firms

- Good knowledge of global financial markets, asset classes and investment products

- Solid analytical and quantitative skills; proficient in Bloomberg, Excel and statistical tools

- Attention to details, well-organised and good team spirit

- Good communication and presentation skills, including good written and spoken English
