1、Google Cloud Intern, MBA 2024

This internship is intended for students that are currently studying an MBA degree program with an anticipated graduation in late 2024 or early 2025, depending on their program and unique circumstances. The hiring team will review applications on a rolling basis and reach out to applicants who have been selected for a next step.
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a MBA program.
- Experience in technology or technical sales in the fields of cloud computing, computer science, or big data etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud Computing (i.e., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) products or business models and related business strategies.
- Experience in direct client sales, customer support, or account management.
- Ability to present analyses and break down technical concepts into simple terms to present to diverse, technical, and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage highly strategic business problems.
- Ability to complete a 10-14 week internship at the assigned office in summer 2024 and to return to a MBA degree program after completion of the internship.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal business partners, marketing, and/or other stakeholders on deliverables.
- Provide actionable recommendations to executive leaders on high-priority problems.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, potentially including business growth modeling and impact estimates, in support of recommended actions.
- Deliver presentation to leadership that includes synthesized findings and recommendations.
2、Customer Engineer Intern, Google Cloud, Summer 2024

This internship is intended for students that are currently pursuing a Master's or MBA degree program with an anticipated graduation in 2025, depending on their program and unique circumstances.
Minimum qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's or MBA degree program in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in web technologies, programming in C++, Java, Python, SQL, or experience in infrastructure/system administration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or leadership (e.g., coursework, internships, extra-curricular activities, etc.).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform products, including specialization in App Development, Infrastructure, and Databases/Data Analytics.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete a minimum of 10-14 weeks at the required office in Summer 2024.

As a Customer Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to inspire businesses to gain the benefits of cloud technologies. You will be a trusted advisor for companies choosing Google Cloud and their future architecture and operations. You, with your mentor, will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to be informed of industry trends and work with engineering teams to help them devise enhancements and prioritize customer feature requests to Google Cloud products.

- Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to transactions.
- Work with customer engineers for technical aspects of solutions, to include activities (e.g., supporting bid responses, product/solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, coordination of supporting technical resources, etc.).
- Work with Google Cloud Platform products to demonstrate and prototype integrations.
