香港迪士尼乐园度假区致力為不同国籍及年龄的宾客呈献与别不同的迪士尼奇妙体验。香港是全球第五个设有迪士尼乐园的城市，其优美景致、活力及多元文化启发幻想工程师创造出多个香港迪士尼乐园独有的游乐设施。
香港迪士尼乐园度假区由合营公司 ─ 香港国际主题乐园有限公司拥有，股东為香港特区政府和华特迪士尼公司。截至2022年财政年度，香港特别行政区政府持有香港国际主题乐园有限公司52%的权益，华特迪士尼公司则持有48%的权益。
香港迪士尼乐园共有七个主题区：包括探险世界、幻想世界、灰熊山谷、美国小镇大街、迷离庄园、明日世界及反斗奇兵大本营。主题区内设有主题游乐设施、娱乐表演、互动体验、餐饮服务、商品店舖及小食亭。此外，乐园每天带来巡游表演及夜间活动节目。而度假区内设有三间主题酒店，包括香港迪士尼乐园酒店、迪士尼探索家度假酒店、迪士尼好莱坞酒店。
至今，乐园度假区已接待逾千万本地及海外宾客，而据香港旅游业统计显示，打从2006年起乐园已是香港五大最受旅客欢迎的景点之一。

1、2024 Summer Internship - Communications and Public Affairs
Job Summary:
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Communications and Public Affairs Team. This is an amazing opportunity to work side-by-side with industry leaders in your field of study. The individuals will be able to build upon the skills they've learned in the classroom within a family of legendary brands passionate about creating world-class experiences on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing communication initiatives, which may include Cast engagement, Publicity (PR), Government Relations, Media Relations or CSR activities
- Support the organization and logistics for Cast, PR, media, public sector and community events
- Support Internal Communications, Publicity, Government Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Citizenship teams in communication materials preparation, including but not limited to writing, editing and translation work for communications materials, press releases, factsheets, pitching notes, newsletters, posters and videos.
- Plan for the itinerary and related arrangements for media, KOLs and stakeholders familiarization tours and activities
- Support social media content creation
- Assist in reviewing Cast Portal content
Requirements
- Current university students major in Communications, Creative Media, Marketing, Journalism or Public Affairs or other related discipline
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good data analysis, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good at creative design and communication skills
- Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR
- Available to commit full time internship from May to August 2024
- Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage

2、2024 Summer Internship - Creative Services (Copywriting)
Job Summary:
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Marketing Team. This is an amazing opportunity to work side-by-side with industry leaders in your field of study. The individuals will be able to build upon the skills they've learned in the classroom within a family of legendary brands passionate about creating world-class experiences on a global scale.
We are looking for a passionate teammate who possesses a fresh mind, strong devotion in commercial communication and versatile writing styles to inspire different target audiences, in particular the China's mainland market. As a member of the creative team, our Creative Intern, he/she will write and edit copy for a variety of projects. Major areas of duties are (Mandarin) Chinese copywriting and content development across all internal and external communication assets for our brand and campaigns. Revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or related parties will be one of the key day-to-day tasks. This role will be also required to work with the team closely to generate ideas with full understanding of our unique culture universe, and also support the team by monitoring China's mainland social media platform activities in adherence with latest creative, culture and technology trends.
Requirements
- Current university students major in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or Chinese literature or relevant disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- Passion in advertising and marketing
- Creative thinking, strong attention to details and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
- Accomplished communication skill, ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and entertainment industry trends
- Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging
- Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR
- Available to commit 3 months full time internship from May to August 2024
- Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage

The individuals will be able to build upon the skills they've learned in the classroom within a family of legendary brands passionate about creating world-class experiences on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead Industrial Engineering projects and initiatives
- Provide analytical decision making support on daily operations
- Identify opportunities in workplace to improve efficiency and Guest and Cast satisfaction
Requirements
- Current university students major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Management Sciences or other related disciplines
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney
- Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR
- Available to commit 3 months full time internship from May to August 2024
- Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage
