01

私人银行客户经理或助理

职责:

1、负责拓展私人银行客户,与客户建立良好关系,并维护现有客户关系,确保客户满意度高;

2、了解客户财务状况、风险偏好和投资目标,为客户提供个性化的财富管理解决方案;

3、负责管理客户的资产组合,并为客户提供相应的投资建议,以及按照客户要求执行相关投资交易;

4、与内部团队紧密合作,确保为客户提供高质量的金融产品和服务,包括投资产品、外汇交易及股票产品等;

5、遵守监管规定和银行内部制度,确保业务的合法合规。

要求:

1、大学本科及以上学历;

2、具备私人银行工作经验者优先;

3、具备良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力和服务意识,善于处理客户关系;

4、具备较好的中英文读写能力,普通话流畅。

投资分析员, 资产管理

职责:

1、在投资经理的指导下,进行业及单个投资标的的分析;

2、大类资产方面,至少拥有固收分析的经验,在此基础上有其他大类资产经验者更佳;

3、对宏观经济、汇率、利率的情况深入研究分析;

4、按照业务和投资经理的要求,撰写分析报告;

5、跟踪投资组合的情况,监测投资标的的最新情况,如有负面消息马上通知投资经理;

6、根据客户的需要,撰写投资组合分析报告;

7、跟进投资组合风险情况和指标,如有异常马上通知投资经理或者资产管理部管理层;

8、在投资经理的指导下,跟进客户的问询,以及客户的分析资料需求;

9、跟进投资经理分配的其他分析任务。

要求:

1、大学本科或者硕士毕业,理工、经济、金融、数学专业优先;

2、拥有不少于三年资管公司或者券商分析员经验;

3、熟练运用彭博系统,有金融建模和编程能力;

4、拥有CFA Charter者优先;

5、能够适应高强度和高压力的工作环境;

6、中英文书写能力优秀,可以熟练运用国语、粤语、英文三个语言中的至少两种对话。

Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain corporate business portfolio including lending, trade finance and deposits both in Hong Kong SAR and on the China's mainland.

2. Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of the Bank's corporate financial services in the areas of corporate lending, trade financing, structured transactions, syndication, treasury and other financial services.

3. Conduct credit analysis and prepare sound credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments.

Requirements:

1. Degree holders or above in business or finance related disciplines.

2. Minimum 2 years relationship manager with proven track record in handling business independently.

3. Strong credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge of corporate banking products and relevant HK SAR and the China's mainland banking regulations.

4. Familiarize with office software and fluent English and Putonghua.

5. Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined personality, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a good team player.

6. Candidates have more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager.

Assistant Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager (Banks Team), Financial Institutions

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain solid business relationship with our bank FI customers;

2. Process and ensure KYC, credit processing/reviews and all other administrative tasks are managed properly within the prescribed timeframe;

3. Prepare thorough financial analysis and credit proposals in accordance to the Bank's guideline;

4. Explore cross-border business opportunities and promote banking products in the area of lending, treasury, syndication, bond or other financial products to achieve team's targets with senior relationship manager;

5. Assist in product & policy formulation and review.

Requirements:

1. University graduate or above, major in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred;

2. 1-3 years of relevant experiences in the financial industry covering bank FI customers is preferred. 

3. Proven ability & experience to process KYC onboarding and review;

4. Good knowledge of financial analysis & experience to prepare credit proposals;

5. Good time management, organizational, relationship building skills;

6. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

7. Knowledge of Treasury Products, Interbank Services, Clearing or Trade Finance is a plus.

8. Self-motivated and independent with good communication skills.

Assistant Relationship Manager / RM, Financial Institutions (Non-bank FI)

Responsibilities:

1. Explore business opportunities and promote banking products to achieve business targets.

2. Develop and maintain solid business relationship with our Non-bank FI customers (i.e. securities house, public sectors, financial leasing, financial holdings, trust, insurance, funds, asset management etc.);

3. Provide quality service and tailor-made solutions to our customers;

4. Identify cross-sell opportunities including FICC, DCM , syndication loans and structure lending;

5. Prepare thorough financial analysis and credit proposals in accordance to the Bank's guideline;

6. Supervise the operations of account opening including KYC;

7. Monitor the assigned client portfolio to minimize credit risk and to ensure the post-lending in compliance with the bank policy and related guidelines;

8. Assist in product development and enhancement.

Requirements:

1. University graduate or above, major in Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred; with 2 years relationship manager with proven track record in handling business independently; relevant experience in covering non-bank FI clients is a plus;

2. Proven ability to deliver KYC for high profile client onboarding and renewals;

3. Excellent credit analysis and risk management skills, good knowledge of banking products and relevant Hong Kong SAR and the China banking regulations;

4. Possess strong time management, organizational , relationship building skills;

5. Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

6. Qualification of SFC license 1 and 4;

7. Qualification of CFA, CPA or FRM will be preferred;

8. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager.

Global Markets Structuring, Financial Markets

Position Overview:

The Global Markets Structuring team member will be at the forefront of crafting and distributing structured products to the Bank's established clientele, while actively engaging with various departments within the Bank to comprehend the financial necessities of potential new clients and secure their business.

Responsibilities:

1. Innovate and determine pricing for structured foreign exchange, derivatives, credit solutions, and tailor-made investment products.

2. Collaborate intimately with the sales team to acquire an in-depth understanding of client requirements to develop ground-breaking financial products.

3. Partner effectively with the trading team to ensure financial solutions are meticulously structured and align with the Bank's risk and reward strategy.

4. Engage proactively with Relationship Managers to identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities.

5. Work in conjunction with vital internal stakeholders, such as legal, risk, accounting, and operations teams, to construct solutions that are compliant with the prevailing regulatory frameworks.

6. Manage and navigate complex transactions through various internal approval committees to achieve successful execution.

7. Handle client enquires and oversee seamless execution in coordination with the trading desk.

8. Adhere strictly to the Bank's sales protocols, execution procedures, and associated risk guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Physics.

2. 4-6 years of experience in Structuring / Trading.

3. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

5. Exceptional teamwork capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

6. Robust quantitative and analytical prowess, with a sound grasp of derivatives.

7. Prior exposure to Structuring/Trading desks is advantageous.

8. A solid understanding of macroeconomic principles and a profound interest in financial markets.

9. Basic programming knowledge; proficiency in Python is beneficial.

10. Competency in Chinese typing.

11. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.

Senior Fixed Income Trader, Financial Markets

Responsibilities:

1. Execute offshore Bonds in an efficient and accurate manner by contacting market makers and counterparties.

2. Monitor market move, place trade orders and efficiently source liquidities.

3. Willing to deal with people, work with sales team to initiate trade and execute trade, mainly china credit, also involved in rates/repos/other hedging derivatives.

4. Analytical and Numerical. Collect market information and trading data, perform market analyses, generate and implement investment strategies, prepare daily and weekly market commentary.

5. Demonstrate an understanding of front to back trade flows as well as risk and P&L.

6. Prepare daily P&L and position report to management; Work with Risk Department to implement risk monitoring, management and controls.

7. To perform ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

1. University degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.

2. Minimum 7 years bond dealing experience in financial industry, extensive and solid knowledge of Fixed Income market.

3. Good knowledge on credit analyst and trading skill.

4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

5. Strong MS Excel skills, ability in VBA programming is a plus.

6. Strong communication and prioritization skills.

7. Demonstrated experience in a challenging and rapidly changing environment with a desire to accept new assignments and the ability to learn new principles and dynamic systems quickly.

8. Ability to identify and implement new processes across multiple functions that will improve efficiencies and reduce operational risk.

9. Applicants with experience in domestic RMB bond transactions or foreign currency bonds of non-Chinese entities will be given priority.

Treasury Sales, Financial Markets

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales & marketing full range of treasury products including  FX/Fixed income products, include cash bond, FX, interest rates swap, structure deposit, credit derivatives etc., and services to our corporate and institutional clients.

2. Establish and develop business relationship with financial institutional clients (both bank and non-bank FI) ,promote treasury product solutions to meet client needs.

3. In collaboration with Relationship Managers to provide hedging/investment solution to our corporate clients.

4. Quote price and execute transactions for clients.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematical Statistics, Information Technology, New Energy, New Materials Science and Engineering majors are preferred.

2. Minimum 2 year relevant experience with thorough understanding of the flow of Treasury and working experience in FX/Fixed income market.

3. Familiar with onshore and offshore China Bond market, familiar with Bond Connect business will be a plus.

4. Holder of  licenses for Type 1 and/ or 4 regulated activities.

5. Self-initiative and a good team player.

6. Experience on conducting financial institutional client onboard process will be a plus.

7. Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese will be a plus.

8. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior role.
