阿根廷这起离婚判决，让全世界男人都瑟瑟发抖

很多优秀的女性，结婚后选择回归家庭，自愿也好，无奈也好，不得不放弃充满未来甚至如日中天的职场生涯。
如果丈夫能换位思考、知道体谅妻子还好。如果婚姻破裂这笔账要怎么算呢？
最近，阿根廷一个60多岁的家庭主妇，就决定把自己的前夫告上法庭，支付自己过去27年的家务劳动费。

An Argentinian local court ordered a 70-year-old man to pay his ex-wife 8 million pesos ($173,000) as compensation for 27 years of house work.
阿根廷当地法院判决一个70多岁的男子，赔付前妻27年的家务补偿，合计800万比索（约合人民币117万）。
Judge Victoria Famá made the landmark ruling after taking into consideration that the elderly couple’s roles had been well-determined during their 30-year marriage, with the woman, identified only as M.L., taking care of the household, while the husband went to work.
法官Victoria Famá说做出这样的判决是因为在30年和睦的婚姻里，丈夫一直在上班，而妻子M.L.一直在尽心照顾家庭。

据了解，妻子M.L.婚前也有不错的学历和工作，但是为了照顾家庭和孩子辞去了工作。
Despite holding a degree in economics, the woman put aside her professional career to raise her children and take care of the house.

2009年，两人分居并于两年后离婚，女方因为年龄原因，一度陷入经济困局。
The Argentinian couple separated in 2009, and divorced two years later. Since then, the woman has experienced financial difficulties due to her inability to find a job and receiving meager retirement benefits, while her husband reportedly “lived a good life”.
这对阿根廷夫妇2009年分居，两年后离婚。之后女方一度因为找不到工作经济困难，只能靠微薄的退休金勉强度日，他的前夫却据说活得很潇洒。
By the time M.L.’s husband left her, she was already 60-years-old, too old to even be considered on the job market.
两人离婚时，M.L.已经60多岁了，因为年龄太大，在用工市场上很难找到工作。

虽说清官难断家务事，但是最终法官站在了妻子M.L.一边。
判决书是这么写的：
“After 27 years of marriage the accused abandoned his wife when she turned 60 years old, the age at which women obtain retirement benefits, being excluded from the labour market,” Judge Famá’s ruling stated. “The economic dependence of wives on their husbands is one of the central mechanisms through which women are subordinated in society.”
“经历了27年的婚姻后，被告人在妻子60多岁的时候抛弃了她。这时候她已经到了退休年龄，只能退出劳动力市场。”法官Famá的判决书上写道。“妻子对丈夫的经济依赖导致很多妇女在社会上处在被动的地位。”
Judge Famá described the compensation amount as “a reasonable sum in order to balance the disparate economic situations of the spouses”. She added that the woman’s degree in economics and the age at which her husband decided to leave her were also taken into consideration.
法官Famá认为800万比索（约合人民币117万）的赔偿“能合理地平衡这对夫妻间的收入差异。”她补充说“女方的经济学学位和男方决定离开她时女方的年龄，也是考虑赔偿金的重要因素。”
对于这个判决网友都认为没毛病。

@Viviane Katz Sounds fair to me. A 30-year-old may be expected to train for a job while receiving some financial help. However, one can't expect a 60-year-old to become easily financially independent. That's a lot of catching up to do (imagine how much the world has changed!) and far less time to do it.

As a result, they have less time to engage in paid labour, or work longer hours, combining paid and unpaid labour. Women’s unpaid work subsidizes the cost of care that sustains families, supports economies and often fills in for the lack of social services.

Mexican women spend the most time on these tasks at 6 hours and 23 minutes a day while Mexican men spend an average of 2 hours and 17 minutes on unpaid work.
墨西哥妇女每天无薪工作时间最多，为6小时23分钟，而墨西哥男子平均花在无薪工作上的时间为2小时17分钟。
Next are Portuguese women who spend 5 hours and 28 minutes a day on unpaid work while their menfolk spend only 1 hour and 36 minutes, the lowest in Europe after Turkey.
葡萄牙妇女，每天花5小时28分钟在无薪工作上，而她们的丈夫只花1小时36分钟。葡萄牙男人投入家庭的时间在欧洲排倒数第二，仅仅高于土耳其男人。
In Europe, the most helpful men are the Danes who spend 3 hours and 6 minutes a day helping out at home.
在欧洲，对家庭最有帮助的是丹麦男人，他们每天花3小时6分钟在家里帮忙。
