Oh, that’s a nice phrase you used.When people say that something is cheap and cheerful,they mean the product doesn’t cost much but it serves its purpose.The customer is happy with it!
噢,你用了一个很好的习语。人们说某样东西物美价廉的时候,他们是指这件产品并不需要花太多钱,但却能起到它的功效。消费者们对这样的产品感到很满意!
So it is a positive phrase.Let’s hear some examples of how it is used:
