重磅：2017年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖揭晓！

就在刚刚，2017年的诺贝尔生理学或医学奖的最终结果在瑞典卡罗林斯卡医学院颁布揭晓。

北京时间10月2日17时30分许，瑞典卡罗琳斯卡医学院在斯德哥尔摩宣布，将2017年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖授予美国遗传学家杰弗里·霍尔（Jeffrey C. Hall）, 迈克尔·罗斯巴什（Michael Rosbash）以及迈克尔·杨（Michael W. Young），以表彰他们在发现控制昼夜节律机制的发现。控制昼夜节律机制，换而言之，即生物钟。

2017 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine

The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine 2017 was awarded to Jeffrey C. Hall, Michael Rosbash and Michael W. Young "for their discoveries of molecular mechanisms controlling the circadian rhythm".

Jeffrey C. Hall was born 1945 in New York, USA. He received his doctoral degree in 1971 at the University of Washington in Seattle and was a postdoctoral fellow at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena from 1971 to 1973. He joined the faculty at Brandeis University in Waltham in 1974. In 2002, he became associated with University of Maine.

Michael Rosbash was born in 1944 in Kansas City, USA. He received his doctoral degree in 1970 at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge. During the following three years, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Since 1974, he has been on faculty at Brandeis University in Waltham, USA.

Michael W. Young was born in 1949 in Miami, USA. He received his doctoral degree at the University of Texas in Austin in 1975. Between 1975 and 1977, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University in Palo Alto. From 1978, he has been on faculty at the Rockefeller University in New York.

2015年诺贝尔奖生理学或医学奖揭晓后，因为屠呦呦的获奖而在中国掀起一波巨大的浪潮。瑞典卡罗琳医学院在2015年10月5日宣布，将2015年的诺贝尔生理学或医学奖授予中国药学家屠呦呦以及爱尔兰科学家威廉·坎贝尔和日本科学家大村智，表彰他们在寄生虫疾病治疗研究方面取得的成就。

屠呦呦是诺贝尔医学奖的第十二位女性得主。上世纪六七十年代，在极为艰苦的科研条件下，屠呦呦团队与中国其他机构合作，经过艰苦卓绝的努力并从《肘后备急方》等中医药古典文献中获取灵感，先驱性地发现了青蒿素，开创了疟疾治疗新方法，全球数亿人因此而受益。目前，以青蒿素为基础的复方药物已经成为疟疾的标准治疗药物，世界卫生组织将青蒿素和相关药剂列入其基本药品目录。

这是中国科学家因为在中国本土进行的科学研究而首次获诺贝尔科学奖，是中国医学界迄今为止获得的最高奖项。

和平奖：最早于斯德哥尔摩时间10月6日11时揭晓（北京时间10月6日17时）；

经济学奖：最早于斯德哥尔摩时间10月9日11时45分揭晓（北京时间10月9日17时45分）。

文学奖：揭晓时间尚未确定。

今年9月25日，瑞典的诺贝尔基金会宣布，将今年诺贝尔奖各奖项的奖金提高100万瑞典克朗(约合人民币82万元)，向获奖者给予900万克朗(约合人民币740万元)。
