“清华大学世界法治论坛”邀请函

2018年9月9日上午，廖凯原楼启动仪式将在清华大学举行。同时，由清华大学主办、清华大学法学院和盈科律师事务所承办的首届世界法治论坛也将于 2018 年 9 月 9 日在清华大学召开。

On September 9, 2018, the Opening Ceremony of Leo KoGuan Building will be held at Tsinghua University. At the same time, the First Tsinghua World Forum on the Rule of Law hosted by Tsinghua University, co-organized by Tsinghua Law School and Yingke law firm will be held at Tsinghua University, Beijing, on September 9, 2018.

清华大学世界法治论坛由清华大学于2018年创办，旨在成为世界法治精英的高端对话平台，展示中国法治建设的坚定决心和伟大成就，推动中国与世界在法治领域的对话交流，为全球法治建设的焦点问题寻求建设性解决方案。论坛初期关注全球化时代的法治基础设施建设、科技进步的法律回应、网络的国际治理体制、国际贸易体系的改革、全球反恐的法律规范等重要法治问题。

The Tsinghua World Forum on the Rule of Law is founded in 2018 by Tsinghua University. This year’s inaugural forum aims to provide international scholars and practitioners a global platform to promote rule-of-law dialogues between China and the world, and seek constructive solutions to key challenges related to the global rule-of-law establishment. The forum will focus on important issues including developing the rule of law in the era of globalization, legal solutions/responses to technological advancements, legal framework for global Internet governance, international trade system reforms, and global anti-terrorism laws and regulations.

清华大学世界法治论坛每年举办一次。论坛围绕选定的焦点议题，邀请来自于全球的具有影响力的行政、司法机关官员，著名法学家、律师和法学院院长等法律届精英、联合国风险管理专家、国家智库、行业协会、投资银行、知名企业的代表参与主旨演讲和专题讨论。 

The forum will be an annual event organized by Tsinghua Law School and Yingke Law Firm. The forum invites influential administrative and judicial officials from around the world, prominent legal scholars, lawyers and deans of school of law, as well as legal elites, UN risk management experts, national think tank, industry associations and investment bank, well-known entrepreneurs to participate in keynote speeches and panel discussions. 

本届清华大学世界法治论坛主题是「全球经济转型与法治建设」。围绕这一主题，论坛将围绕「区域经济一体化、贸易争端与法治建设」、「跨境投资机遇与法律风险管理」、「网络技术进步的法律解决办法/对策」等分议题展开，同时邀请多位中外法学院院长共济一堂，就全球法律教育展开深入探讨。

The major theme of the First Tsinghua World Forumon the Rule of Law will be 「Global Economic Transition and Construction ofthe Rule of Law」. The forum will be divided into three main sessions: (1) regionaleconomic integration, trade disputes and the construction of the rule of law, (2) cross-border investment opportunities and legal risk management, (3) legalsolutions / responses to Cyberspace technological advancements. At the same time,a number of Chinese and foreign deans of school of law were invited to joinhands to discuss the global legal education. 

现特邀具有影响力的学者、政府官员、法官、企业高管、律所合伙人、投资人等参加论坛。欢迎各位莅临清华大学，共襄世界法治论坛盛会！
