Once again, this time we had our dearest Christ, a humorous Nevada man, giving us a fabulous English Corner evening.

Firstly, we were allowed to ask some questions about him who delivered his basic information including hometown, hobby and his goals. It is said that Christ has obtained two degrees that are music and psychology. He also refers to his hobbies that are Jazz and watching TV.

Then, we turned to the topic, movie. We were so pleased to know the genres of movies including action, horror, science fiction, romance, animation, fantasy, suspense or thriller and romantic comedy, presenting a detailed system. From a case of Benjamin Button, The Silence of the Lambs ,Avatar, La La Land, Beauty and Beast and so on. We each one made a premise to our favorite movie which aroused the culminating discussion.

 To be honest, the movie telling different themes, we gained the different feeling thoughts. " poor boy fell in love with a rich on a ship that sunk finally. ",that is the premise of Titanic.

Frozen, I believe most of you have seen it, is about an ice princess who can try to rescue her younger sister and finally restore her throne. Harry Potter, a young boy went to college to learn wizard and defeated the evil guy.

We made a lot premises to introduce our favorite movies and practiced our English a lot.

What a wonderful and enjoyable night we had! What a significant part is that the recreation of movie and people do gain a lot improvement in thinking about a movie.

 

Finally, English Corner ended up with happiness and joyfulness. Looking forward to the next one and don't forget to join again us next week!
