Jess Allen，1966年出生于英国多塞特郡，英国艺术家。现生活和工作于英国康沃尔。

她的新作大多探讨了“缺席的存在”这一主题。空椅子、沙发、缺席的读者留下的书、空荡荡的剧院和电影院等主题，暗示了一个或一群人的过去存在。他们的人不在场，让人不禁要问他们是谁，他们现在在哪里，他们为什么走了？
