The Three-Body Problem《三体》是刘慈欣创作的系列长篇科幻小说，由《三体》、《三体Ⅱ·黑暗森林》、《三体Ⅲ·死神永生》组成，第一部于2006年5月起在《科幻世界》杂志上连载，第二部于2008年5月首次出版，第三部则于2010年11月出版。作品讲述了地球人类文明和三体文明的信息交流、生死搏杀及两个文明在宇宙中的兴衰历程。其第一部经过刘宇昆翻译后获得了第73届雨果奖最佳长篇小说奖 。

The Three-Body Problem (Chinese: 三体; literally: "Three-Body") is a science fiction novel by the Chinese writer Liu Cixin. It is the first of a trilogy titled Remembrance of Earth’s Past (Chinese: 地球往事), but Chinese readers generally refer to the series by the title of the first novel.
《三体》是中国作家刘慈欣的科幻小说。它是第一部题为“地球过去的记忆”的三部曲，但中国读者通常以第一部小说的标题来提及这个系列。

Three-Body Problem is the first chance for English-speaking readers to experience this multiple award winning phenomenon from China’s most beloved science fiction author, Liu Cixin. Liu is a winner of the Hugo Award, an eight-time winner of the Galaxy Award, and a winner of the Chinese Nebula Award.
对于英语国家的读者来说，中国最受欢迎的科幻作家刘慈欣的《三体》，提供了了解这种受多个奖项垂青现象的机会。刘慈欣是中华人民共和国最多产和最受欢迎的科幻作家。他曾是雨果奖的获得者，八次获得银河奖，并获得中国星云奖。

Set against the backdrop China’s Cultural Revolution, a secret military project sends signals into space to establish contact with aliens. An alien civilization on the brink of destruction captures the signal and plans to invade Earth. Meanwhile, on Earth, different camps start forming, planning to either welcome the superior beings and help them take over a world seen as corrupt, or to fight against the invasion. The work was serialized in Science Fiction World in 2006, published as a book in 2008 and became one of the most popular science fiction novels in China. It received the Chinese Science Fiction Galaxy Award in 2006. A film adaptation of the same name is scheduled for release in 2017.这部作品于2006年在《科幻世界》中连载，2008年作为一本书出版，并成为中国最受欢迎的科幻小说之一。它于2006年获得中国科幻银河奖。同名的电影改编计划将于2017年发行。

The subsequent books in the Remembrance of Earth's Past trilogy are: The Dark Forest, published in 2008. And Death's End, published in 2010.

An English translation of Remembrance of Earth’s Past by Ken Liu was published by Tor Books in 2014. It won the 2015 Hugo Award for Best Novel and was nominated for the 2014 Nebula Award for Best Novel.2014年由Tor Books出版了《地球往事》的英文翻译。它赢得了2015年雨果奖最佳小说奖，并被提名为2014年星云奖最佳小说奖。
