声控英乐团 | 瑜伽连结神性与爱

   Yoga is an ancient practice with origins stretching back thousands of years in India. It is designed to help achieve a more positive outlook on life and a focused, permanent sense of serenity and peace. The word ‘yoga’ itself means ‘union’ and ‘union with the divine’; however, many people have stripped away the spirituality and focus of yoga so that most think of it as a group of intensely athletic people putting their legs behind their heads and curling up into jaw-dropping positions.

瑜伽是一项起源于印度,侧重伸展背部的古老运动。它有助于实现积极的人生观,使内心专注平和。“yoga”即结合,与神性连结。然而,很多人关注过度扭曲的体式,却脱节了瑜伽的精神内核。

breath 呼吸

A big part of yoga is the breathing exercises–or the pranayama(调息)–which are incorporated into positions and then on their own. The exercises encourage a more focused and centered way of breathing, and while they might not be something you’ll do consciously every day, they’re absolutely sure to provide methods of effective stress-management and generally make you feel much better.Plus, as someone with asthma(呼吸), it really helps to open your lungs and explore what it means to breath consciously. Trust me: do those pranayamas for a few weeks, and you’ll feel the benefits.

      pranayama(调息):我们日常不会有意识的关注呼吸,但是调息有助于集中关注呼吸方式,这对减压是绝对有效的,会让你的状态更好。

    asthma(呼吸):这是一种可以帮助我们打开肺部的呼吸方式,有助于我们有意识的呼吸。相信我:多尝试几周调息,你会感受到它带来的益处。

mind 冥想

 Meditation can change your life for the better.It’s really the key to all things yoga. Even if you can do every kind of complicated pose under the sun, it loses all of its true meaning if it’s not done with focus and thought. Meditation has been shown time and time again to be a beneficial practice that everyone should implement into their daily routine.Meditation isn’t necessarily sitting with a bowl of incense and working your way through a book of Tibetan chants in a darkened, candlelit room–rather, you can meditate anywhere quiet and at absolutely any time you like. All it takes is five minutes with some alone time and peace and quiet. Meditation improves your quality of life by allowing your mind some time to process everything that goes on in your life. It’s a hugely important and integral part of yoga practice and something that can really change your life, allowing you to embrace calmness and serenity with ease.

meditation(冥想):冥想对瑜伽是至关重要的,即使你做了这个世界上最复杂的体式,不集中的练习将会丢失全部意义。冥想不是要静坐在香炉面前,在黑暗的屋子里点着烛光阅读藏传佛教的诵经,而是在任何地点和你想要的时间沉思。冥想让人轻易的心怀沉静。


body 体式

Pilates:pilates is not a quick fix. It can take time and could be tough especially if you're beginning from a lifestyle where your muscle tone and your posture are in very bad shape. If you adhere to the principles and techniques, if you keep a steady rhythm and follow instructions, the rewards will be great - you will both look and feel fantastic, with a new vitality and confidence. As always, you are strongly advised of obtaining medical clearance from your doctor before you start your Pilates program.

camel poses:Poses that tap into tension in the hips, chest, and back seem to prompt emotional releases most often during yoga sessions. Frustration and anger could manifest in spinal tension, heartbreak and depression could linger in the chest, and emotional pain from the past could lie dormant in the hip flexors. These moves can help you confront such unresolved issues.

      Pilates(普拉提):普拉提不是快速僵硬的运动,如果你的骨骼肌肉严重变形,开始这样的训练可能费时费力。但是跟随普拉提的原则和技巧,有节奏感的练习将会很有收获——你会看起来很有活力并充满自信。通常情况下,在开始你的普拉提课程之前,病人要向医生咨询建议。

    camel poses(骆驼式):骆驼式是众多瑜伽体式的一种,它要求你的臀部、腿部、背部发力成拱桥形。骆驼式在众多的瑜伽体式中有助于缓解情绪,沮丧和愤怒在紧张牵拉的脊柱中得到消解,悲伤和抑郁经过胸部,在臀部的屈肌中全部释放出来。

 前屈使人谦卑,后弯使人开放,扭转使人洁净,倒立使人勇敢。在当下美好的人事物之中,心怀感恩,过着与神性连结的生活,活出爱的生命。
