Interested in building Beijing's energy and environment networking and event platform? Are you active in the academic, professional, or volunteer spheres of the environmental sector?  Passionate about discussing China's most pressing environmental and energy issues? If so, the Beijing Energy Network is looking for you!

Join our Executive Committee meeting this Monday 10/31 from 7:30-8:30 pm at Chill Bar. (Location: 安定门西大街2号）

The BEN Executive Committee meets once a month to organize BEN’s bi-monthly speaker series. We also discuss how we can engage Beijing’s environmental community through new mediums and platforms from documentaries to our monthly reading group. As a member of the Executive Committee, you commit to:

•    Attending monthly meetings
•    Helping organize events
•    Fulfilling your assigned role (communications, partnerships, podcast, etc.)
•    A long-term (6 month +) commitment

There are currently two openings on our Executive Committee: Partnerships Director and Publicity Director. We would also love to hear your ideas if you have a particular role you would like to play. Currently we are building new initiatives including China’s first environment podcast as well as a potential series of "teach-ins,” which we would love help launching!
