战争突然打响！
美英法对叙利亚发动了空袭，105枚导弹，呼啸着迅速砸向叙利亚目标。
没有反击，也无法反击。尽管叙利亚方面声称，击落了10多枚来袭导弹。但美国宣称，空袭精确、效果显著、圆满成功。
毫无疑问，这是对俄罗斯的一次痛击和侮辱。以至于愤怒的俄罗斯公开表示，西方此举意在使俄罗斯屈服，但必将导致不可估量的后果。
普京随后也发表声明，谴责这是侵略行径，并要求安理会召开紧急会议。
3个安理会常任理事国发动空袭，难道还可能让安理会谴责不成？
但2018年春天的这次突然袭击，还是向世界释放了5个意味深长的信号。
被美英法摧毁的叙利亚目标。
信号一：特朗普真什么都干得出来。
战争是最极端的活动。兵者，国之大事也，死生之地，存亡之道，不可不察也。战争是国家大事，关系到国家的生死存亡，不能不认真地观察和对待。但在特朗普眼中，一切似乎不过是游戏。他显然比奥巴马更善于冒险。去年对叙利亚发射了59枚巡航导弹，今年则翻了近乎一倍。
我想干就干，特朗普要的就是这个效果。当然也有一种说法是：为什么要再对叙利亚空袭？答：去年那次空袭，特朗普身边那一拨人都走了；新来的这拨人，强烈地要求过过瘾……
信号二：联合国越来越成为一个摆设。
为什么联合国秘书长，现在特别喜欢往中国等国走？因为在这些国家，他才能获得最大的尊重。之前联合国安理会表决，美国动武被俄罗斯否决。但美英法没有丝毫犹豫，依然发动了空袭，联合国事实上成了一个摆设。高兴时用用，不高兴时，就扔在一边。
愤怒的普京说，已要求安理会召开紧急会议，讨论由于美英法行动造成的后果。5个常任理事国，三个参与了空袭。这还能讨论出什么结果来？打着维护世界正义的名义，事实上却破坏了世界规则。世界秩序也确实在深刻调整中，但联合国，真是越来越没有权威了。
信号三：普京这次真被逼到了墙角。
美英法空袭，打在叙利亚身，痛在俄罗斯心，这是对俄罗斯的公开侮辱。为避免空袭发生，俄罗斯一度威胁，将拦截在叙利亚上空的所有的导弹。但马上遭到特朗普奚落：俄罗斯请准备好吧，因为导弹马上就来，而且是又好、又新、又智能的导弹。
特朗普更痛骂普京失信，与禽兽政权合作。俄罗斯官方则回复，这种对俄罗斯总统的侮辱是不可接受、不能被承认。普京刚刚连任总统，但一个月不到，西方已连送了几份“厚礼”：1、集体驱逐俄罗斯外交官；2、迫使俄罗斯股市汇市崩盘；3、现在又对叙利亚发动空袭。以普京睚眦必报的性格，岂能咽下这口恶气。大家就等着好戏看吧。
信号四：弱国真没啥外交。
想当初，叙利亚也是中东一个大国；但现在，可以说，没有普京支持，巴沙尔政权早就垮台了。使用化学武器疑云，叙利亚辩护说是反对派栽赃，俄罗斯认为没有确凿证据。但西方根本不听，突然下手发动袭击。
真理在大炮射程之内，这是霸权主义行径，但却又是一个赤裸裸的现实。俄罗斯称，叙利亚拦截了71枚巡航导弹，这也太能吹了。但美英法绕开联合国，真没有后遗症吗？利比亚放弃了核武器，卡扎菲被打死了。如果叙利亚政权真用了化武，天怒人怨，被推翻活该。叙利亚背后有俄罗斯，但美英法照打不误。这种示范效应，那某个国家，还真可能放弃核武器吗？
信号五：对中国未必就是坏事。
这是叙利亚的悲剧，这是对普京的侮辱，但放在国际博弈的大背景下，也不用否认，这对中国来说未必是坏事。尤其是考虑到中美博弈正酣的现实，特朗普确实很冲动很霸道，中国不能有丝毫大意和侥幸；但特朗普四面出击、到处树敌，在贸易问题上、在台湾问题上，美国还能有多少精力对付中国？
特朗普商人出身，有时软硬不吃，但更多时候，还是欺软怕硬。你弱他就强，你强他难免也心慌。恶人自有恶人磨，中东从来是一个泥坑，更何况，还有一个眼中正冒火的普京。对中国来说，美俄交恶不是坏事，但更重要的，发展还是硬道理，实力才是真功夫。从叙利亚的苦难看，让百姓安康、让国内和谐，永远是最强有力的保障！
