对待百姓的事情严肃认真，他们对待你也会恭敬起来；孝顺父母，慈爱幼小，他们也会对你尽心竭力；选用善良的人，教育能力不好的人，他们也会互相劝勉。

英文翻译  

《Confucian Analects》：Treat  The  people  with  dignity,  then  they  will  respect  you;  show  piety  to  your  parents  and  kindness  to  your  children,  then  they  will  be  loyal  to  you;  promote  the  good  and  teach  the  incompetent,  then  they  will  seek  to  be  virtuous.
