2022年度北京大学
留学生十佳歌手大赛
北京大学国际文化节自2004年创办以来，为来自世界各地的文化提供平等交流的重要平台，吸引了校内外中外学生关注和参与。今年11月，北京大学第十九届“同世界·共梦想·和未来”国际文化节即将如约而至。
留学生十佳歌手大赛是北京大学国际文化节的经典品牌活动之一。本届大赛主题为“世界同心，万声共情”，期望各国青年欢聚一堂，用歌声抒发青春情思，用演唱沟通彼此心灵。
Peking University Top 10 International Students Singing Competition 2022
Since 2004, the Peking University International Cultural Festival has provided an equal platform for blending cultures from all over the world on an equal footing like a melting pot. It attracts attention and participation of Chinese and international students both on and off campus of PKU. In November this year, the Peking University International Cultural Festival is launched as scheduled.
This competition will be held as part of the Peking University International Culture Festival. The theme of this year's competition is “One World, One Voice”. expecting students from around the world to come together to express their youthful thoughts in song and communicate with each other through singing.

特别说明
Special note
决赛将在北京大学校内举办，届时入围决赛的参赛选手因疫情等特殊原因未能到达现场的，将在初赛后直接获得“北京大学2022年度留学生十佳歌手大赛海外优秀歌手奖”，决赛参赛选手后续名次递补。
The final will be held on the campus of Peking University. If the finalists fail to arrive at the scene due to epidemic reasons, they will be awarded the “Excellent Overseas Singer Award of Peking University 2022 International Students Top 10 Singers Competition” directly after the preliminary round, and the subsequent ranking of the on-site contestants will be replaced.

赛制介绍
Rules
初赛
初赛阶段将由参赛选手根据选曲要求自行完成参赛作品的视频录制，并按要求发送至gjhzb@pku.edu.cn，工作人员将在收到视频邮件后，回复确认邮件。审核后，作品将统一由专业评审评分。组委会将根据评审的评分结果取前16位选手晋级（得分排名靠前，且可按期参加线下决赛）进入决赛，同时，组委会将上传初赛选手优秀作品至“北大与世界”等相关公众号进行作品风采展示。
Preliminary
Contestants will need to record a performance video according to the requirements for the preliminary round, and send to gjhzb@pku.edu.cn. Staff’s will reply to the email to confirm the video has been received. After review, the videos will be scored by professional judges. The organizing committee will select the top 16 contestants according to the scoring results of the judges to advance to the final and present these videos on the Wechat accounts such as “北大与世界(PEKING UNIVERSITY AND THE WORLD)”.
决赛
决赛共分为两轮，均以淘汰制形式进行。第一轮比赛结束后，评选出本届留学生十佳歌手大赛前十名，即“2022年北京大学留学生十佳歌手”。第二轮比赛将对十位选手以评分从高到低依次评选出冠军、亚军、季军。
Final
The final stage will be divided into two rounds and each round intends to use the “judge review system” as the system. After the first round, we will pick the top ten contestants of the competition, who will be titled as “Peking University Top Ten Singers of International Students”. During the second round, judges will give a score and comment to the top ten contestants. Based on the ranking of scores, the top 3 will be decided. (Detailed rules and requirements to be announced)
作品要求
Song selection requirements
1. 风格和语言不限，歌曲内容正向健康。
2. 参赛作品的录制要求一镜到底，演唱者须在镜头内，画面稳定，声音清晰，可根据表演需要自定环境、着装与道具，需正向健康。
3. 视频长度不超过300秒（5分钟），要求MP4 格式，分辦率不低于1920×1080。可使用乐器、伴奏（伴奏不另外添加声音和特效），严禁视频编辑声音。
4. 可在作品中添加字幕大意。非中英文作品，须随视频附加背景介绍文件及歌词翻译。
5. 违反以上作品要求经查出，取消比赛资格。
1. Style and language are not limited, but should spread out positive messages.
2. The recording of the entry must be taken in one shot, the singer must be seen in the shot, the video must be stable, the sound must be clear, the setting, the dress code and the props can be decided based on the needs of the performance and must be positive and healthy.
3. The length of the video should not exceed 300 seconds (5 minutes) and should be in MP4 format with a resolution of at least 1920 x 1080; musical instruments and accompaniment are allowed (no additional sound or special effects should be added to the accompaniment).
4. Captions may be added to the work. For entries not in English or Chinese, background files and translations of lyrics must be attached to the video.
5. Any video received that does not follow or is the opposite to the above requirements will be disqualified from the competition.
