建筑规划从旧粮食地生成,在经济高速发展及生活水平迅速提升的今天,在这养育了几代人的土地上售卖怎样的生活方式,以怎样的观点陈述设计概念是我们需要思考的。

With the rapid development of economy and the rapid improvement of living standards, we need to think about how to sell the way of life and how to state the design concept in the land which has raised several generations.



从谷物大地生成售卖生活方式的展场,入口放置瑞士雕塑家Alberto Giacometti的艺术品作导向。

From the grain land, the exhibition hall for selling lifestyle is created, and the entrance is guided by the works of art by the Swiss sculptor Alberto Giacometti.



建筑入口,叠合首层长廊及二层空间形体关系,排除刻意造型,突出空间的构造性。

The entrance of the building overlaps the first-story corridor and the second-story spatial form relationship, excluding deliberate modeling and highlighting the structural nature of the space.



空间用大面积的木皮延续对前置谷作物概念的联系及叙述,造型的界定都是基于对功能区域的理解生成,尽可能排除太刻意造作的形体表达,这样空间的生成更单纯,更倾向于在实用主义基础上地理解建筑到空间的切换及融合。

The space uses a large area of wood veneer to continue the connection and description of the concept of pre grain crops. The definition of modeling is based on the understanding of functional areas, and the form expression that is too deliberately made is excluded as far as possible. In this way, the generation of space is more simple and tends to understand the transition and integration from architecture to space on the basis of pragmatism.




功能区间结合当地书店的运营进行组合布局,使其功能具有丰富的可持续性。

The functional areas are combined with the operation of local bookstores to make their functions have rich sustainability.



我们更希望突出生活里产品的本身,空间不用过多的色彩表情。

We want to highlight the product itself in our life, and we don't need too much color expression in the space.



基于上述角度,思路上将房子产品和椅子等工业产品同属性的理解,通过兼容性高的艺术馆形式的载体进行扁平化的展示,更能引导客户多维度地理解住宅产品的理念对其未来生活的展望。

Based on the above-mentioned point of view, the understanding of the same property of house products and chairs and other industrial products, through the flat display of the carrier of high compatibility Art Gallery form, can guide customers to understand the concept of residential products and their future life prospects.
