Not that I like Hillary, but the reality of the situation is, if she can get away with this, she can get away with anything. This country is F'in crooked, During bill's term he signed the minority loans mandates which Forced first the banks to increase minority loans and then the GSEs ,then the mortgage Brokers Association. The amount of mandated increase were 400% of pre 1992 levels and any bank, GSE or Mortgage Broker that didn't comply would face multiple disciplinary actions from multiple offices and if that wasn't enough, they would also be sued by the cronies such as ACORN as they had to make their loans compliance public. The lowered the lending standards had such "unintended consequence" of spilling into all the mortgages, encouraging deceptive loans, deceptive investment vehicles on Wall Street etc, etc. The end result was a crashed world economy. What makes this even more corrupt was the fact that the democrats had a majority congress and the Financial Crisis report (FCIC) was done by none other than the ones that caused the crash. The report had not one Republican sign off on it and the only Congressman with the balls to tell it like it really happened was Wallison which not surprisingly was ridiculed by democrats and the liberal media alike. The American public sucked the report right down like a glass of Jonestown koolaid and it is now 6 years into history, yet the effects of the economic devestation will be felt for decades much like the real estate meltdown in Japan over 30 years ago is still haunting them. Now we can vote in bill the economy slayers F'in wife for more of the same thing.

She and her support staff knew exactly what they were doing. these are professionals AT THE HIGHEST levels within their professions. So stop acting like nothing they did was an oversight on their part. We are not that stupid. We just don't have the authority to do anything about this.....They are telling us to basically - sit down, shut up and deal with it!

So basically, it isn't that she and her aids did not compromise national security, just that no prosecutor would take such a case. That in a nutshell is what is wrong with justice in this country. Similarly in whitewater case, no one wanted to prosecute the then first lady Hillary for obstruction of justice.

This happening the day Obama is hitting the trail is no coincidence and the fact Loretta Lynch had said just days earlier she would accept the FBI recommendation on the heels of meeting with Bill Clinton really does show how corrupt the system is. They all knew before hand, the FBI would save face by saying they found dirt, and then leave it to the court of public opinion instead of the courts to find her guilty.

Since the media will bury this story after a week, Hillary will then bounce back as planned to win in November. Can't wait to see what happens when the Russians or Chinese start asking for favors in return for no releasing the emails they have!

So much for Comey being "a man of integrity" as described by countless people. He either succumbed to political pressure or threats Hundreds of FBI agents apparently wasted hours of time at OUR, the taxpayers; expense, only to let the Clintons slide again. So she's simply EXTREMELY CARELESS huh? Well, that's a great qualification in itself to be running for the top position in our country. That's enough for me. She lied. She's guilty. She should drop out of the race. Let Sanders compete honestly for the presidency.

It amazes me that we have not had a coup yet in this country. In all other ways we have the very picture of a third world government. The corruption is laughable at this point. If I was Trump or Clinton I would follow the lead of Bush and Obama and appoint the most inept (Biden) or evil (Chaney) person I could find as Vice President. It worked to keep anyone from taking a shot at Bush or Obama it might protect these two as well.

Shrill Hill's chances of being indicted were always zero. She could have robbed a bank in broad daylight and been caught on video and the corrupt Justice Department would have found a way to exonerate her. The real investigation, which will never happen btw, should be into the charges of influence peddling at the state department for favors granted to foreign governments and Wall Street in return for millions in contributions to the Clinton foundation. What bombshell? Stupid way to start this article. No one who has been watching what has been going on expected anything less. The transformation that started 8 years ago continues. It proves that the founding fathers were flawed in their thinking. The infancy of our democracy only lasted about 230 years and now the majority feel it is time to reverse capitalism, free trade, and freedom of religion and speech. We must conform to the political correctness and equal distribution of wealth, then out stature among other liberal nations will be complete and perhaps our country won't be so appealing to others seeking freedom and opportunities. Ignorance of the law is never a defense for breaking the law -- at least for the common man or woman. And Hillary as Secretary of State should have not been ignorant of the regulations for handling confidential material. But as is normally the case, Hillary Clinton is not subject to the same laws as the rest of us. It is no surprise that the FBI gave Hillary a pass on this but is does validate how crooked and biased the Federal Government is. What has happened to our country? Where have ethics and honor gone? I look at those who support Hillary and wonder what they are thinking. A woman who openly lied about being under attack when her plane landed (never happened), handled confidential information recklessly, and did nothing when our troops in Benghazi were under attack and eventually killed. The USA is in big trouble.

"We are glad this matter is finally resolved" except DOJ makes the final decision not the FBI. Oh wait the Clinton campaign must have already gotten the word from DOJ that no charges will be filed. Chief Comey makes a big deal about there being no intent to commit crimes, but the statutes involved don't require intent at all. Besides that, it is very obvious that having her server hard drive wiped clean when it was subpoenaed was an obstruction of justice violation AND intentional.

Two Issues: First, there certainly is evidence that Hillary knowingly violated laws, both in setting up the private server and in destroying 60% of the email evidence when the FBI asked for her emails. Second, violating the US Code governing handling of classified information is not an intent crime. If you violate the code, it does not matter whether you intended to violate it. This is true with many or most crimes. For example, if you are speeding, you get a ticket whether you intended to speed or not.

This is a clear example of the party in power (the Dems control the Dept of Justice and the FBI) excusing its leader of a clear and serious CRIME.

Hillary is guilty and now it's public. However, there will be no charges for her activity. This is elite privilege on display. When I see that there are no consequences for her wrong doing (where many others have been prosecuted and ruined previously) it indicates that she was protected and received special treatment. To say that it is unprecedented to proceed with prosecution completely disregards the fact that millions of government employees and those with authority to handle our nation's greatest secrets, afforded to them and for the benefit of the US taxpayer, are not subjected to the same standards as political appointees. That in itself is unprecedented, and far more dangerous.

Well, America we saw her then and we see her now, she appeared on national TV and say to the American people "I never did send classified material". She lied day after day to the American people and now the FBI say "she did". The FBI says that she was “extremely careless” really! She wasn't careless, she knew what she was doing and it was wrong, she did it to keep the White House and the whole government from finding out what she was doing. Then once the news broke her staff started to delete those emails, she didn't want anyone to see what she was doing.

Now is this the person that we want in the white house?
