与其大规模如火如荼医疗反腐不如乘机推行医疗支付阳光法案
1,阳民曾有视频说,凡是技术高度垄断容易转化为权力垄断的行业,不仅医疗,其他行业也一样会出现腐败;
2,凡是TO B业务的行业,不仅医疗,其他行业也一样会出现腐败;
3,不仅中国,全世界只要同时具备技术垄断和TO B特征的行业都会出现腐败,无一例外;
4,防止医疗腐败的办法全球都在探索,目前看来最好办法就是《The Physician Payments Sunshine Act》,通过医疗支付阳光法案,将一切行动透明化,彻底根除腐败!
5,当前中国,应该推出医疗支付阳光法案!谁站出来反对阳光法案,呵呵,背后必有猫腻!

《阳光法案》要求披露以下信息:医生姓名、主要营业地址、专业、国家医疗机构识别号(NPI)和州执照号。如果报告时未列出NPI编号,可联系美国执业医师核实或提供其NPI编号。付款金额、日期、性质(咨询费、食品、补助金等)、付款形式或其他价值转移(现金、实物、股票、股息),与“付款或其他价值转移”(POTV)相关的任何涵盖产品(The following disclosures are required under the Sunshine Act:Physician name, primary business address, specialty, National Provider Identifier (NPI) number, and a state license number. U.S.-licensed physicians may be contacted to verify or provide their NPI number if it is not listed at the time of reporting.Amount, date, nature of payment (consulting fee, food, grant, etc.), and form of the payment or other transfer of value (cash, in-kind item, stock, dividend) Any covered products related to the "payment or other transfers of value" (POTV))。
