大家好我是Mika老师，很高兴又在环雅好声音跟大家见面！
今天Mika老师要跨行为大家解析一道口语题目。这道题目是：Describe a time you made mistakes. 这道题需要将你自己的一次犯错经历叙述清楚。
Mika老师为大家提供的解题思路要从time和mistake这两个关键词下手。
所以在整个描述过程中要先回答: When was the time you made the mistake, 以及what mistake did you make?

It is inevitable for people to make mistakes. I once made a serious mistake which made me realize the importance of being punctual. 
I used to be the leading singer of school choir when I was in the secondary school. At the end of the second year, an inter-school singing competition was held in the school district, which was exceedingly crucial to all competitors since it was one of the indexes of annual school assessment. In order to make sure that everything would work well, schools were arranged to take part in the final rehearsal before the D-Day in a certain sequence. Even though I understood how important it could be, I failed to arrive at the auditorium on time because I went to a different campus. The whole team waited for me for 15mins and postponed our performance as the leading performer didn’t show up.

以上是Mika老师对于我曾经犯过的错误进行的叙述，那么通过这个愚蠢的错误，我得到了怎么样的教训呢？这就是回答这个问题的第三个解题点：What did you learn from the mistake?

After we finished the performance I was criticized for my carelessness and lack of the idea of time-keeping. I felt ashamed because I almost ruined the performance that every choir member made great effort to. But there were great lessons that I learned from this incident. After that, I double checked every detail beforehand to avoid unnecessary fault. Besides, I recognized that punctuality really matters, and others’ time and effort should be cherished.
