议题简介



经历了以快速发展为特征的城市扩张后,中国城镇化下半场的新目标转变为建设以人为本的城市。如今,中国有8.1亿人生活在城市中,公共管理,城市设计与地产开发正在从不同角度来满足城市发展的新需求。 

如何创新城市治理策略以协调城乡发展?房地产如何利用其在经济中的支柱地位来进行多种方法的开发?在“美丽的中国”呼吁下,设计将如何提升建成环境的质量?在今年的城市中国学社年会上,我们诚邀来自学界和业界的八位演讲嘉宾一同来探讨这些问题,并分享他们在中国城镇化发展新阶段的研究与实践。

Richard Weller

宾大设计学院景观系主任

Richard Weller is the Meyerson Chair of Urbanism, professor and chair of landscape architecture, and co-executive director of The Ian L. McHarg Center for Urbanism and Ecology at the University of Pennsylvania. In over 30 years of practice, he has worked as an academic and a consultant specializing in the formative stages of projects and scenario planning for cities, megaregions, and nations. His most recent research concerns global flashpoints between biodiversity and urban growth and is documented in his latest publication, ‘Atlas for the End of the World – Atlas for the Beginning of the Anthropocene’.

Christopher Marcinkoski

宾大设计学院景观系副教授

Christopher Marcinkoski is an associate professor of landscape architecture and urban design at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed architect, and founding director of PORT, a leading-edge public realm and urban design consultancy whose current work includes projects in Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Philadelphia and Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to his appointment at Penn, Christopher was a senior associate at James Corner Field Operations, where he led that office’s urban design and planning work including the Qianhai Water City in Shenzhen, China and Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, Tennessee.

Hong Zhou is a registered landscape architect and urban designer at James Corner Field Operations with over 15 years and has played a leading role in many of our most complex large-scale urban projects in the U.S. and China. Hong is currently the Principal-in-Charge for many China projects, including Qianhai Guiwan Water Finger Park in Shenzhen and Taopu Central Park, a 200-acre park in Shanghai. Hong was previously the lead designer and project manager for the Manhattan West development, a mixed-use development in Midtown. She has led several winning entries for major design competitions in China, including Xiong’an Boot Area Urban Design International Consultancy in Hebei.

住房开发如何改善城乡居民的生活条件?房地产行业如何平衡利润与住房保障之间的关系?该分论坛将探讨中国城市化背景下的住房发展轨迹。


邓岚

密西根大学城市与区域规划系副教授

Lan Deng is an Associate Professor of Urban & Regional Planning, Faculty Director of the Real Estate Development Graduate Certificate Program, and Faculty Associate at the Lieberthal-Rogel Center for Chinese Studies at the University of Michigan. She studies and teaches in the areas of housing and real estate development in both the U.S. and China. In both countries she has conducted extensive research to examine how market forces and institutional choices have shaped the country’s housing outcome.  Deng’s research is widely recognized both in the U.S. and internationally. Deng holds a Ph.D. in city and regional planning from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.S. and B.S. from Peking University, China.


黄友琴

纽约州立奥尔巴尼大学地理与规划系教授

Dr. Youqin Huang is a Professor of Geography and Planning, Executive Director of the Confucius Institute for China’s Culture and Economy, and a Research Associate of the Center for Social and Demographic Analysis at University at Albany, State University of New York (SUNY). She has been a faculty at University at Albany since 2001. Her research aims to understand the unprecedented market transition in China and its impact on Chinese people and places, focusing on housing, migration and urban development. Currently she serves as an Executive Board Members of the Research Committee on Housing and Built Environment (RC 43) of International Sociological Association, a Standing Board member of Research Grants Council of University Grants Committee of Hong Kong.


分论坛三:城市治理与政策

2:10pm - 3:25pm


当前中国城镇化面临着诸多挑战。如土地管理,权力分配,特大城市的包容性等。该分论坛旨在讨论新型城镇化背景下的政策引导与应对措施。


宋彦

北卡罗来纳大学城市与区域规划系教授

Dr. Yan Song is a professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Song’s research interests include smart cities, sustainable land use development, urban spatial structure, transportation integration, and planning support systems. Song’s current research projects also document the evolution of China’s urban land and housing policies in the era of China’s transition toward a market economy. She directs the Program on Chinese Cities (PCC) at the UNC. PCC aims to understand the impacts of urban growth on China’s built and natural environments and explores ways to make this process more equitable and sustainable. 


苏福兵

瓦萨学院政治系主任

Fubing Su is a Professor of Political Science and Asian Studies at Vassar College. His main research interest is political economy, with a regional focus on China. Drawing on extensive fieldwork as well as government statistics and survey data, Professor Su has examined the causes and consequences of Chinese hyper urbanization in the 21st century. His works are published in China and World Economy, China Economic Review, Habitat International, Housing Studies, Journal of Comparative Economics, Land Use Policy, Political Studies, Publius, Urban Studies, etc. 



Tom Daniels

宾大设计学院规划系教授

Thomas Daniels is a professor in the Department of City and Regional Planning at the University of Pennsylvania where he teaches Land Use Planning, Environmental Planning, and Growth Management. His research interests include farmland preservation, green infrastructure, and climate change. He is the author of The Environmental Planning Handbook and When City and Country Collide: Managing Growth in the Metropolitan Fringe, and co-author of five other books. He often serves as a consultant to state and local governments and non-profit organizations.
