Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the demands of the furniture market in Europe, America, Japan and Asia, and according to the company's strategy, formulate a design plan and visual presentation plan for 1-3 years;
2. Constantly understand and analyze the mainstream furniture brands and trends in Europe and the United States, regularly collect the market feedback, and be responsible for the creativity and verification of the company's furniture concept;
3. Be responsible for formulating processes and standards, reviewing design team plans, guiding design team members to improve design plans, systematically organizing design research and development training, and improving team design level;
4. Continuously improve the company's brand tonality on the visual side, able to guide the team to constantly iterate and optimize the visual presentation of the brand;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial design, fluent in English, overseas study background is preferred;
2. At least 5 years of product design experience, furniture design experience and visual design team management experience;
3. With professional background, proficient in 3Dmax, PS, CAD, CDR and other software, and independent representative works;
4. With international design concept, acute market insight and market analysis ability;
5.Have strong team management ability and cross-department collaboration ability, can embrace change, and have certain pressure resistance.

Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the industry development trend and the company's development strategy, develop brand planning and system, and carry out brand planning, design, promotion and management;
2. According to the insight of the market and consumers, conduct the precise positioning of the brand and products to ensure the unified dissemination of the brand image;
3. Formulate brand dissemination strategy, complete brand dissemination plan and budget, realize brand value and improve brand influence;
4. Be responsible for the construction, overall management and organizational motivation of the brand team, and lead the team to complete work assignments with high quality and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in advertising, communication, marketing, etc., fluent in English;
2. At least 5 years of “lifestyle” brand planning and operation experience, especially in overseas markets;
3. Be responsible for brand construction independently. Those who have brand construction, and well-known brand management experience, etc., or have systematic methodology for brand construction are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for customer development in the target area, actively explore the market potential of the country or region in charge, expand and maintain customer resources;
2. Regularly analyze customers and market conditions in the target area, adjust and develop marketing strategies and plans;
3. Develop effective channel policies and price systems according to market demand, leverage resources, and cooperate with customers to carry out marketing activities;
4. Develop and execute product promotion plans for overseas markets, timely monitor and provide feedback on project progress, and achieve sales and channel construction goals;
5. Lead the planning, organization, and coordination of the company's overseas market channel brand promotion activities.
Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, and basic in written Chinese.
2、1 year and above foreign trade business experience in home/furniture, home appliances, outdoor and other industries.
