BTIC America Corporation is looking for a full-time Bookkeeper.
Work location: Houston, Texas
应聘要求
Key Accountabilities:
1.Record day-to-day transactions involving cash receipts, disbursements, accounts payable and receivable.
2.Process Payment.
3.Conduct daily banking activities.
4.Process monthly payroll as well as making tax payments.
5.Assist accountant by providing the information and documents on the PBC list request by the auditor as needed.
6.Responsible for keeping all records filed in an orderly manner.
7.Interacts with other departments in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
1.Associate degree or above, major in accounting or finance is preferred.
2.Language skill: bilingual (Chinese/English), be fluent in oral and written.
3.Two-year related experience is required.
4.Attention to detail.
5.Good communication skill.
6.Advanced computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, familiar with QuickBooks.
7.U.S. citizen or Green card holder.
