 Interior Design Project Coordinator 

(Bilingual - Chinese and English)

Location: 

Missouri City, Texas

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interior Design Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English.  He/She needs to be a self-starter and  fast learner of our design process.  This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of interior design projects from concept to completion.

- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers in both Chinese and English.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time.

- Assist with the selection and procurement of materials, furnishings, and accessories.

- Prepare project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and invoices.

- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for installations and deliveries.

- Maintain clear and accurate project records and files.

- Collaborate with the design team to ensure project objectives and client expectations are met.

- Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or related field is a plus. But optional.

- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.    

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar position.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. But optional

- A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
