花都区关于划定风险区域的通告

（第132号）

Notification of Designating Controlled Areas

in Huadu District

(No. 132)

根据当前疫情防控工作需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经专家组研判，自管控之日起，划定以下风险区域：According to the COVID-19 Response Plan (Version No. 9) issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council and in light of the epidemic situation in Huadu District, we have designated certain parts of the district as high-, medium- and low-risk areas since the day of starting lockdown measures.

一、高风险区

I.High-risk Areas:

（一）新雅街 Xinya Subdistrict:
1.广塘村广塘南向新街11-1号，白蟮塘南大街6-1号，广塘南向新庄街7-2号，广塘南向新庄街7号、9号、11号，广塘环路七巷2、3号，六巷2号，八巷2号。1. No. 11-1, Guangtang Nanxiang New Street, Guangtang Village; No. 6-1, Baishantang South Street; No. 7-2, Nanxiang Xinzhuang Street, Guangtang Village; No. 7, 9, 11, Nanxiang Xinzhuang Street, Guangtang Village; No. 2, 3, 7th Lane, No. 2, 6th Lane and No. 2, 8th Lane, Guangtanghuan Road.2. 小桥工业园158号附近区域。2. The surrounding area of No. 158, Xiaoqiao Industrial Zone.3. 广塘南向新庄街5-6号，3-9号，3-7号，3-8号。3. No. 5-6, 3-9, 3-7, 3-8, Nanxiang Xinzhuang Street, Guangtang Village
（二）花城街 Huacheng Subdistrict
石岗安置区A7栋、A8栋。Buildings A7 and A8, Residential Areas of Shigang Village.
（三）花山镇 Huashan Town
两龙村五队西五巷17号。No. 17, Division 5, West 5th Lane, Lianglong Village.
以上区域落实“足不出户、上门服务”措施。Residents in the above areas are under mandatory home quarantine and necessary services and goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.

二、中风险区

II.Medium-risk Areas:

（一）新雅街 Xinya Subdistrict

1.白鳝塘北安置区街。1. 1. Baishantang North Residential Area Street.2.空铁大道以南、环路西十巷以北、环路西以东、前大街以西。2. The area encircled by Kongtie Avenue in the north, Huanlu West 10th Lane in the south, Huanlu West Street in the west, Front Main Street in the east.3.环路西十巷以南、南大街以北、后大街以东、南向果园以西（高风险区除外）。3. The area encircled by Huanlu West 10th Lane in the north, South Main Street in the south, Back Main Street in the west, and Nanxiang Orchard in the east (excluding high-risk areas).4.西安置区一街以南、南大街以北、绿地空港以东、后大街以西。4. The area encircled by West Residential Area 1st Street in the north, South Main Street in the south, Lvdi Konggang Residential Community in the west, and Back Main Street in the east.5.南大街以南、何家庄一街以北、凤和瓦窑以东、南向新庄街以西。（高风险区除外）。5. The area encircled by South Main Street in the north, Hejiazhuang 1st Street in the south, Fenghe Wayao in the west, and Nanxiang Xinzhuang Street in the east (excluding high-risk areas).6.何家庄一街以南、大坑口一街以北、大坑口六街以东，何家庄二街以西。6. The area encircled by Hejiazhuang 1st Street in the north, Dakengkou 1st Street in the south, Dakengkou 6th Street in the west, and Hejiazhuang 2nd Street in the east.

（二）花城街Huacheng Subdistrict
石岗安置区二期（高风险区除外）。Phase II, Residential Areas of Shigang Village (excluding high-risk areas).

(三) 花山镇Huashan Town
育才路、菊花石大道、东华东路、启源大道、两龙四队一巷延长线、龙腾路合围区域（高风险区除外）。The area encircled by Yucai Road, Juhuashi Avenue, Donghua East Road, Qiyuan Avenue, Extended Line of Lianglong Sidui 1st Lane, Longteng Road (excluding high-risk areas).
以上区域落实“人不出区、错峰取物”措施。Residents in the above areas are prohibited to exit the zone and deliveries must be collected on a staggered schedule.

三、低风险区

III. Low-risk Areas

花城街、花山镇（中、高风险区域除外），落实“个人防护、避免聚集”防范措施。

Residents in Huacheng Subdistrict and Huashan Town (excluding high- and medium-risk areas) must take proper personal precautions and avoid gathering.

上述区域防控措施按照国家防控要求自管控之日起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化适时调整。区域内居民如遇到生活、就医等困难，可拨打24小时暖心服务热线。

The above management and control requirements will be adjusted dynamically according to the changing COVID-19 situation. For any concerns or medical help, residents in these areas can dial the 24-hour service hotlines.
